Reikartz Amirun Ташкент — Hotel in Tashkent

I am deeply disappointed with the service at this hotel. I had requested a pick-up service from the train station to the hotel for my professor. Even though I provided the pick-up location and time through WhatsApp along with the train ticket details, the hotel driver mistakenly waited at the airport instead of the train station. As a result, my professor had to wait at the train station for 1 hour and 30 minutes and eventually took another taxi to the hotel.

Despite the hotel's error (or perhaps due to a language barrier), they demanded an additional USD 10 on top of the agreed-upon pick-up fee of USD 30. This pricing was excessively high, approximately 20 times more than the price quoted by the YandexGo App.

While I understand that hotel services may come at a premium, the exorbitant pricing and the aggressive attitude left me extremely disappointed. Such behavior is not acceptable and has negatively impacted my overall perception of the hotel.

This hotel is close to the airport. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours so the airlines put us there. The service was prompt and the staff were helpful in arranging the meals. Приехали вечером с семьёй заселяться в данный отель. Главный критерий - близость к аэропорту. Бронировали через Букинг, подтверждение и приветственное письмо было. Однако по приезде обнаружилось, что наши номера были отданы другим людям, так как мы приехали поздно (около 22 часов того же дня, заселение С 14) - хотя с нами никто не связывался и не уточнял, будем мы или нет. Нашу бронь внутри отеля "потеряли", а на букинге она осталась (то есть если бы мы внутри приложения отменили бы, то наши деньги в любом случае списались бы). В общем, сначала нам предложили поехать в какой-то другой отель, в чём мы отказали, так как у нас уже был заказан трансфер. спустя долгое время они вроде как нашли какие-то номера (хотя до этого утверждали, что всё забито, как я понимаю, номера принадлежали группе, которая тоже ещё не приехала). Сказали, что повысили класс, хотя по ощущениям один номер остался таким же как на фотографиях, а второй даже хуже + он находился у входа, где постоянно шумели люди.
