Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Vatan plaza. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious. The service was top-notch. My entire family fell ill while we were there and the service staff went above and beyond, to ensure that we were alright. They arranged for a medical team to see us, and remained available on the phone while we were at the hospital, so that they can assist with translation. Излишне переоценённый отель со слабым сервисом, в котором можно остановиться лишь по необходимости. И то, максимум на один-два дня. Номера, хоть и большие, но пустые. Достаточно сказать, что нет холодильника. Телевизор есть, но отсутствует подключение к телевидению. Рядом с ресепшен есть бар, но он не работает. О хорошем кофе можно забыть. Наблюдаются странные манипуляции с туристическим сбором (по $5 с человека), хотя по законодательству Узбекистана сбор не взимается с граждан ближнего зарубежья, если они находятся в стране меньше 5 дней.
