We only had one night in Đồng Hới, but Mường Thanh Holiday Quảng Bình Hotel made it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel isn’t beachfront, but it’s just a short walk to the beach, bars, and local restaurants, making it a convenient spot to explore the area.

The staff were exceptional professional, friendly, and quick to help with any request. We asked for extra pillows, and they delivered them without any hassle. From the front desk to room service to the restaurant staff, it felt like 5 star treatment without the 5 star price.

Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-maintained amenities. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Dinner was decent, though some dishes were a miss due to overcooked or dry meat. But the breakfast made up for it a noodle bar, an egg station, and a selection of fresh bread that paired perfectly with sunny side up eggs. The Vietnamese coffee was strong, rich, and exactly what we needed to start the day.

Bad experience of just a 12 hour stay at your property. Whether it is management or hotel policy it's not tourist friendly. Tourists come after many hours of flight or train travel. We reached the hotel at 8am and planned for a 4 hour city tour and requested staff for 2 hour early check in but the receptionist clearly told us we can't check in before 2pm. If rooms are available then what is the problem in 12pm check in. Anyways we checked in at 5.30pm and checked out at 6 am as I have to catch the next flight. But I know you will not give my vacant room to the next customer. For 2 hour early check in you asked for 425k dong however I have booked your room with breakfast for 525k dong. Overcharged bike rental of 180k dong though rest of Vietnam is charging only 150k dong. Who charges an extra 50k dong for an extra hour? Pathetic. Overall money minting machine not a hotel. However we have very good experiences in Vietnam, Hanoi, Catba, Ninh Binh, Danang Hoian, Nah trang and Saigon other than you. You people are in the hospitality business so keep it in mind. Not...

They refused to adjust that person's reservation so that room stayed empty.||The restaurant staff was slow, slow, slow. As we were looking at the dinner menus we asked for beer right away.
