Homestay Thành Công — Hotel in Đồng Tiến

The rooms are basic but clean (although the beds are hard for western backs). The beach is beautiful and nearby and the owner is so helpful going above and beyond to help your visit and travels (which is helpful as the island does not get so many western visitors and so English speaking is very limited).

During our stay it was fully booked with large groups, and the late night karaoke and the guests staying in the hotel were very loud (the sound travels a lot) but once they had left it was lovely and peaceful and overall it is a good experience to visit here and I would recommend the service here very highly.

La propietaria (Ms. Hannah) me organizo el viaje (hablando por whatsapp) desde Hanoi a la isla. (Para un extranjero no esta muy claro la mejor manera de ir). Tiene un nivel de inglés muy bueno. Unos 280KD el microbus de lujo (3 horas y media, te recogen en tu hotel o hostel, una parada en un area de servicio con una tienda grande de souvenirs con los precios marcados y mas baratos que en Hanoi) y otros 250 el pasaje en la lancha rapida (1 hora y 20, travesia espectacular, como Halong bay pero sin barcos de turistas). Al llegar a la isla te recogen en el pueblo y te llevan sin coste al hotel, que esta en una aldeita en la mejor playa. Yo me quede en un bungalow. Amplio, ultralimpio, moderno y plenamente equipado (aire acondicionado, ventilador, hervidor, baño comoso y nuevo...). Một trải nghiệm cực kỳ tệ. Bọn mình book phòng ở homestay Thành Công nhưng lúc đón lại được đưa đến nhà nghỉ khác với lí do là chị chủ nhầm, và bên chỗ bọn mình book đã hết phòng. Bọn mình phải ở 1 đêm ở Thành Công và 1 đêm chỗ khác (được hỗ trợ 50% tiền phòng). Tuy nhiên việc xếp đồ và di chuyển rất là phiền phức và mất thời gian. Bên homestay còn chuyển thiếu đồ cho mình, và bọn mình đã báo việc thiếu đồ từ trưa nhưng đến tận 7h hơn vẫn không thấy vali được chuyển đến trong khi đi tắm về rất là lạnh. Chưa bao giờ mình ở 1 cái homestay...
