iRelax Bangkok Resort — Hotel in Bình Châu Commune

Nice Resort, still under construction. We were in standart room - room itself was ok, but bathroom made me feel dizzy, as the floor was bit fake. And when people moved around the building, it all shaked, because the house is all built from glass. Breakfast was ok on the weekend, when locals were there-then You got a buffet, otherwise it was just eggs, or noodle soup..... Coffee was kind'a horrible... Beach was far, if You have byke it's ok, from Resort You have to pay trasfer , plus beach entrance 40k. Lunch, dinner ordinary, expencive. Plus - they have nice menu, but if you order, they say they only have few things to offer You. So We ordered chicken wings, We got 2 wings and paid double!!!!!! The city is far, nobody speaks english, We felt like nobody had seen white person before, but it was nice, and people were very very friendly and helpful!!!!!! So - if the city will in future and the Resort also, develope a little, it will be great break from noisy Saigon and if the Resort will be ready from construction, it will be nice place to stay - but they definitely need English speaking stuff,...

Seeing their website and pictures of their resort and rooms we kinda expected a lot that we will enjoy our stay there. In my opinion this resort is still new so you will see a lot of construction going on inside. The room we booked was standard double room, my opinion about the room was cheaply built. The room was all glass and floor is only vinyl roll flooring which is really bad. Would it be better if they used tiles for the flooring but most part of the floor from bedroom to bathroom was vinyl roll flooring. The resort location is totally isolated so there is nothing to see outside like stores or night market. We paid for 2 nights but unfortunately me and my partner is dissatisfied with their facilities so we decided to check out after 1 night but the resort don't refund money which is unfortunate. I was really expecting a big pool but as we walked around I didn't see...

Overrated expensive resort, absolutely low level of service, especially if you are not Vietnamese. Found only 2 girls in the reception that spoke a fair English (out of a staff of hundreds) ☹️ The pool is overcrowded with school kids coming to swim. I was very disappointed about my (fairly expensive) 2 days stay. The worst stay I've had in Vietnam, for the 3 years I'm been coming here. The service staff in the restaurant was more busy to check their phones, than to attend the guests 😕 One of the 'cooks' preparing eggs, and other food, for the breakfast buffet was even smoking between his orders! I'm a smoker myself, but I do not f...ing smoke when I'm preparing food for other people! I really don't recommend this place to...
