Our room had a stunning view that looked directly onto the beach. Waking up to the sight of the ocean waves and the sound of seagulls was a refreshing way to start our day. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed for our trip, from kitchen facilities to comfortable bedding. Having the essentials on hand allowed us to focus on enjoying our family time rather than worrying about logistics.

The resort featured a beautiful pool area that was an absolute highlight of our stay. The pool, which provided a breathtaking view of the beach, was both clean and well-maintained. It was the perfect place for our children to enjoy themselves while we relaxed nearby. The kid's playroom adjacent to the pool was a thoughtful addition, giving the little ones a space to have fun while still being in our sight. This well-planned layout contributed significantly to the stress-free environment we were after.

One of the best aspects of the resort was its walkability to the beach. It was just a short stroll from our room to the sandy shores, making it easy for us to spend the day by the water. The beach itself was not overcrowded, which allowed us to create cherished memories without the distractions often found at bustling tourist spots. We took long walks, collected seashells, and enjoyed swimming in the gentle waves.

Overall, our family had the best time at this resort. The combination of friendly service, beautiful amenities, and a peaceful environment made it an unforgettable experience. We left feeling relaxed and reconnected, which is the ultimate goal of any vacation. Have had one day and night at this place- The Rebirth Apartment. It was a horrible experience. This place is not beauty or sparkly as it shows on the web except only one thing looks cool is the fishing port view in front of the hotel. Otherwhise nothing here for you to enjoy.

First, I was disappointed on the the hotel’s location. It is really NOT OK. Nothing there for you to enjoy there. No food, no swimming beach, no entertainment, no taxi, just have 2-3 motobikes/bikes for rent but sometimes not available. Also, the swimming pool on the 5th floor is so so small instead of big or beautiful as the pictures in the web site/online. The beach is not safe for swimming. The receptionist said there is a free beach near by for you to come for swimming. However, when i came to that area, lots of warning signs said that “Danger area, No Swimming” “ Be Careful/ No Swimming”. I could not ignore the sign, also i didn’t see any one swimming there. Also, the hotel location is very far from any entertainment activities or restaurant. No taxi there so you will need to rent a motorbikes but they have only 2-3 motobikes so, you may be put on wait forever otherwise you can rent a bike instead. But with the bike, you can’t go far and will hard to get to the restaurant and street is not safe to ride on. As well as the receptionist’s attitude with not trying to help with the transportation in my experience here.

One thing to enjoy here is the fishing port in front of the hotel. It’s look beautiful to see from the hotel. But except that, nothing to do with it.

Ah, there is one entertainment here is the Binh Chau Mineral hot springs 15 away from the hotel . But the price is quite expensive. Need to check price before to make sure if you want to try it.

Mình đến để giải tỏa căng thẳng nhưng mình đã bị “luộc” đồ như thế nào? Phòng ok, sạch, rộng. Vị trí: gần cảng nên thi thoảng sẽ có mùi. Sáng sớm các cô chú địa phương ra tắm gần bờ, có thể bon chen theo cùng. Dịch vụ: đầu tiên mình muốn nói khi chưa có chuyện gì phát sinh thì thái độ staff rất ổn. Mình book trên Agoda 1 ngày, ngày thứ 2 do hơi mệt nên mình book thêm 1 ngày. Chiều cùng ngày mình có dưỡng da rồi thuê xe đạp đi dạo. Sáng hôm sau mình tính bôi dưỡng da rồi đi ăn, nhưng k thấy chai Toner Klairs. Do đi 1 mình nên mới đầu còn nghĩ chắc để trong nhà tắm, lười vào lại, nghĩ đi ăn về check lại sau. Sau khi mình về lại đã kiểm tra rất kỹ nhà tắm, giường nhưng k hề có. Mình cũng hơi phân vân nhưng vì chiều hôm trước, sau khi nhận lại phòng đã check out trước đó, mình đã bôi dưỡng trước khi thoa kem chống nắng để chạy xe đạp ven biển, nên chắc chắn chai Klairs phải ở trong phòng. Thực ra cũng k đáng bao nhiêu, chỉ vài trăm, nhưng mình hơi bực vì rõ ràng đồ để trong phòng sao lại đột nhiên k thấy nữa. Ngay khi liên hệ xin check cam với anh quản lý, anh vẫn hỗ trợ cho xem trên điện thoại anh, nhưng anh luôn bảo mình là mình đã để quên ở đâu đó, hồ bơi, bảo xem lại phòng. Mình cảm thấy rất khó chịu vì chưa gì anh đã phủi trách nhiệm, đổ lỗi cho chính khách hàng. Mình xin xem cam trên máy tính vì màn hình điện thoại quá nhỏ, xem rất đau mắt và buồn ngủ, anh bảo xem trên đt thôi chứ máy tính k có. Sau đó anh hỏi khéo mình “mấy giờ em tính trả phòng?”, “ừ, phòng đó chiều nay có khách!” đoạn này mình nghĩ chắc muốn đuổi mình vì thấy rắc rối. Mình biết ý nên bảo em lên mang đồ xuống để các chị dọn phòng. Lúc đến thang máy anh còn hỏi với theo “thế có xem cam nữa không?🙂‍↔️ “. Dù rất bực nhưng mình vẫn lịch sự bảo có anh. Sau đó, khi mình check out và ngồi tua cam xem trên dt của anh, anh lên kiểm tra phòng và xuống bảo mình staff bảo hôm qua có 2 phòng check out, lúc dọn phòng thấy có 1 chai nhỏ nhưng đã hết, staff đã bỏ vào thùng rác. Và rác dọn theo ngày nên k kiểm tra lại được. Vì chai Klairs đó mình mới mua đc vài ngày cũng khi đi du lịch, nên k thể nói chuyện chai đã hết được. Trong khi trước đó còn 1,2 kiểu đổ cho mình để quên ở đâu chứ hoàn toàn k có ý định check lại nhân viên, việc mất đồ của khách hoàn toàn k liên quan đến Rebirth. Và buồn cười là khi check out, anh quản lý luôn lên phòng lại để kiểm tra xem phòng có thiếu hay đồ bị hư hại gì không, vậy nếu có chai lọ lạ trên bàn làm sao anh k thấy? Do thấy thái độ không xử lý cho khách mà còn đuổi khéo khách, và vì xem cam trên đt anh nhỏ, lâu, cũng vì phải di chuyển qua địa điểm tiếp theo vì sợ trời tối, đi đường k an toàn, nên mình có đề nghị anh quản lý chuyển đoạn cam từ lúc mình nhận phòng đợt 2 tới lúc check out (6-7 Dec) để mình tiện check trên laptop mình thì anh k chịu. Mình hơi thắc mắc vì đoạn cam đó liên quan trực tiếp đến mình, khách hàng của Rebirth và cũng là người trực tiếp chịu ảnh hưởng từ vụ việc, nhưng vì sao anh k đồng ý. Nếu liên quan vấn đề bảo mật anh hoàn toàn có thể cùng mình ký bảo mật NDA, yêu cầu mình k tiết lộ thông tin, hình ảnh đoạn camera, hoặc anh trực tiếp check cam trong thời gian mình đề nghị xem có ai vào phòng mình không và sau đó trả lời mình bằng văn bản. Nhưng không. Không hề có bất cứ solution nào mà chỉ chăm chăm đổ lỗi cho khách hàng là mình. Trước thì bảo em để ở đâu chắc em quên này nọ,vài phút sau thì bảo cái chai nhỏ ấy hết rồi nên các chị vứt rác rồi. Mình thấy thái độ như vậy, cộng thêm việc bản thân mình cũng rất ngại phiền hà, nên mình càng k muốn tốn thêm thời gian ở lại thêm 1 giây nào nữa. Chai toner chỉ vài trăm nghìn nhưng cách xử lý đổ lỗi cho khách hàng, phủi trách nhiệm quả thật tệ hại, nếu không muốn nói là “điếm thúi”. Vốn nghĩ thi thoảng vài tháng sẽ rủ thêm bạn bè xuống ngắm biển, nhưng sau sự việc này, k hẹn gặp lại Rebirth. Tên là Rebirth nhưng đi về đã không giảm stress lại còn double stress thêm.
