During my motorbike travels throughout Vietnam, I have managed to stay here twice.
The first time was pretty good (staying on the top floor, beneath their rooftop coffee/bar area)....just a bit of noise from above as staff dragged tables and chairs around.
The second time was abhorrently noisy as I was located on the 4th floor, which is where reception is located (and where the noisy housekeeping staff congregate in the early morning....yelling to each other, with no regards to house guests). So definitely do not stay on this 4th floor level...it was unbearable!!
Upon both my stays I had the same, windowless room (which i don't mind....no light from outside in the mornings is fine by me). It is fairly basic (yet adequate for overnight stays) with a medium-firm (not too hard) double bed, a flatscreen TV (Netflix enabled), air-conditioning and a private bathroom (with a recessed shower section that has good hot-water but may take a little while to reach the room...OK when it does). WiFi is also available and works very well with a strong signal.
The property also shares it space with other services (billiards and gym....and I think offices too??) and provides two elevators to service the levels, with the reception located on the 4th floor of the building (all levels above this are solely for the hotel). Although reception isn't open 24 hours, a staff member sleeps on a makeshift bed near the reception counter....probably for security reasons only. (Note that there are several steps required to climb in order to reach the elevator lobby from the street.)
The hotel also provides an underground parking lot which is manned by a security guard. This parking lot has elevator access.
I found this hotel only suitable for an overnight stay....providing you don't stay on the 4th floor! It is also pet friendly as I stayed both times with my small dog.
There are several local restaurants and cafes located nearby as well as a Bach Hoa Xanh...
