Vên Vên resort Hồ Cốc — Hotel in Bưng Riềng Commune

Ven Ven hotel located at the main street of Hồ Cốc (at the corner of intersection), very easy to realize it. From Grand Ho Tram to here around 2.5 km, Vung Tau is about 50 km way||This design of hotel very friendly with nature (with many mini scene in the yard), next to the hotel is the Bưng Riềng small forest, fresh air. All the equipment in this hotel are grand new (maybe not many people stay at here). Free wifi with fast connect. Friendly staff. Clean, cozy & small room but no HOT WATER during my stay (a little difficult for raining season). Simple breakfast with morning menu: bread sunny eggs, egg noodles, fried noodles, juice or milk coffee ice... however good tasty. No any services (convenience store, entertainment center, drug store...) around 5 km from the hotel except any resort next to hotel or go over the forest (good road) to the main route, that you should have a motobike to go around.||||Very silent area (not suitable for young people enjoy the exciting activities). This hotel is situated in a very quiet area where i am sure it is going to be surrounded by luxury resorts in the future. But luckily that is not the case now. What a charming place this is! A beautiful build wooden restaurant surrounding a tree. Nice garden with pond and charming rooms. The rooms are clean, the food great and most of all a whole lot of peace and quiet. Also the staff is very friendly! The interior of the rooms could maybe use a little touch up, if you like it modern this might not be for you, but for us it was perfect. We stayed at Ven Ven because all the other hotels in the area were fully booked. We did get the last room and were glad of that as we were traveling by motorbike and a major rainstorm started just a we checked in. The room had a funny odor, a bit like mothballs that never went away. The sheet were dirty and were changed when we asked them to do so. The mattress cover was stained, and a pillow was filthy. They brought a new pillow and clean sheets when we asked for them. Children were running and screaming in the hallway and at dinner which made for a very loud and unpleasant time.
