After a long and challenging 9-hour bike ride from Ho Chi Minh City, arriving at Memories Hotel was truly a blessing. The hotel itself is beautiful, and my experience started on a high note when I was greeted by the friendly security staff. He took a genuine interest in my bike and journey, and his warm smile made a great first impression.||The reception team was equally delightful. The girls at the front desk quickly checked me in, and throughout my stay, their friendliness made me feel very welcome. They deserve full credit for their exceptional hospitality, which really enhanced my experience.||The rooms are fantastic, especially considering the reasonable price that includes breakfast. Unlike the description says, the hotel staff is not able to communicate well in English. At least, I don't count a few attempts with a translation device as well. They were nice however. |If you want to use the AC in your room, apparently you have to pay extra for it and must do so on booking. |Zero noise reduction as you can hear everything going on outside the walls of your room. |Shower is in bathroom and water doesn't drain well, so when you get up in the middle of the night, you almost slip and fall so be careful. |No idea if the breakfast is good or not.
