Bad start to a trip in BMT. Lady upcharged from the original price on booking.com since the particular room was "no longer available"--there really werent any other guests at the time. We were additionally charged an extra half day because we arrived at 8 in the morning, before checkin. The thing about this is that when she told us of this half-day charge, I told her I'll return at 12pm. She then stopped us from leaving and told us to go ahead and leave our bags in the room.
