This place is called the Hoa Viet Hotel as stated in a previous review. We hadn't heard great things about hotels in Cao Bang so we decided not to pre book and just check places out on arrival. There is plenty of choice in town, we checked out 3 places and Hoa Viet was the best by far and also the cheapest at 350,000 VND for a double room. The room was large and clean and was serviced every day, there was complimentary bottled water and a kettle and even the mini bar and snacks were reasonably priced. The bathroom again was large and clean with a walk in shower and the towels were changed daily. Laundry was returned the same day and ironed at no extra cost. The hotel is in a good location across from the market and about 5 minutes walk from the bus station. The only thing that could be a problem is that the staff don't speak English but we coped with our broken Vietnamese and a phrase book. When returning to Cao Bang we will definitely be...
