Khách Sạn Hoàng Đức — Hotel in Chau Doc City

Unexpected, bad service. I stayed this hotel in the Tet holiday on February 2024. I have time to write review now.

I booked and already paid via Agoda but the hotel said that they couldn’t check this payment. This explanation was unacceptable.

Moreover, the booking was included breakfast but this service wasn’t available at this hotel.

The tivi remote was broken and there was nothing for replacement. The room smell...

Fantastic view over the countryside. Very spacious, cool, comfortable, well appointed room with a bath and balcony! Taxis always available for a four minute ride into the town centre, and a friendly, helpful 24 hour front desk. This family run hotel is just a short taxi ride from the dock. The rooms were a great size, bathrooms are great and breakfast was included. James the owner was a wealth of information helping us with restaurant recommendations and helping us with ferry ⛴ transportation to Cambodia. In a town that has limited English James was amazing....
