Khách Sạn Huệ Bình — Hotel in Chau Doc City

I arrived late afternoon after a long day of traveling. I had to check in, but soon I found out nobody speaks English.. It is also far away from Chau Doc, I should have checked better when i booked through Agoda... The room is super small and not clean. When I checked the bathroom the floor was wet and the toilet seat up.. The pillow smelt like someone just slept there and there where hairs on the floar. The window did not close properly and it is a very noisy area with lots of buses and cars.. so I couldn't really sleep.. Also the air conditioning made a strange sound.. When I wanted to order some dinner, it was just impossible, I am vegetarian and tried my best with google translate when they send a guy to my room to ask what I wanted.. first there was food then there was only breakfast... later a woman comes with a phone so I could talk to someone who speaks English, suddenly I could order food, but it was after nine, and I already ate some fruit and chips I had left.. This hotel is just not made for foreigners in my opinion.. I paid $23 for this... NO GOOD!!!||Ow and the wifi is also...
