Wow! I just came back from visiting DaLat Vietnam. I stayed at the Full Moon Farms Resort. The place is amazing! It is located in the mountains in a pine forest. It is right across the street from the famous Da Phu Hill cloud hunting. I rented a Atv from Mr. Sam, he had many choices of dirt bikes and motor bikes to choose from. He took me on a tour to the cloud forest and we stopped for him to point out local mushrooms under the pine trees. When we got to the top the view was million dollars. What an experience! And that was only the beginning. His villas are clean, modern and comfortable and with very affordable prices. He offers camping also with a separate building for bathrooms and showers, maybe next time. I ate at his restaurant which served both delicious Vietnamese food and Western choices. I had the bbq chicken and sticky bamboo rice, it was soooo delicious! I did have some local wine with my meal and the best coffee to end it. I thought I couldn't eat another thing, but then I saw he had a soft serve ice cream machine. So I had a vanilla cone with fresh DaLat strawberries. 🥰 I jumped on the trampoline, played darts and badminton, but didn't try the slack line, maybe next time. I noticed marked forest trails, the place is 5 acres! For sure I will be back, with my friends, so we can explore the forest and they can experience the peaceful, fun resort. What a find!!! I want to get married there next year and spoke to Nhi about menus,...

I did the dirt bike tour, included Honda CRF 250 aswell as all the riding gear, helmet obviously and boots plus gloves, body armour, MX trousers and jumpers, once we were all suited and booted the three of us set off, me on the crf250 another rider on a klx 250 and Sam our tour guide was riding a xt250!

Straight away the trails were epic, having an absolute blast, variety of terrain, mainly dirt tracks and some rocky sections especially on the hill climbs to the top the hills where we could see Dalat in all its glory!

Amazing views, bikes were reliable all day once we had explored loads of trails and hill climbs, stopping for water breaks occasionally after loads of riding, we headed back to base where we sat and enjoyed a cold beer, barely had time to have a sip of beer and the wonderful Kne brought out delicious food for us to enjoy, sticky rice and chicken wings washed down with cold beer!

Great day and Sam the owner was helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable, extremely friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and all the staff at full moon farms really friendly ! Thanks guys for an...

Wonderful experience on the 3 hour private ATV tour with Sam. He picked us up at our hotel 930am for a 10am excursion and took us to his property where we got a brief but sufficient training session on the ATVs before venturing into the wilderness. We had a great time on the trails and the tour was customized to our skill level and interests in terms of sites we wanted to see. Whenever we stopped to look around, Sam regaled us with tales from his life and Vietnam, his charisma and hospitality know no bounds! Afterwards we enjoyed a hearty lunch at Full Moon Farms, which is a beautiful property north of the city. Lunch included a brothy spinach soup, grilled fresh vegetables, salad, and the best onion rings and dipping sauce I have ever enjoyed in Asia! Sam had a nice selection of beverages on offer and I got to play with the resident cat and her new born kittens. It was an incredible adventure and I would absolutely do it again / not hesitate to recommend this to any interested parties. Definitely opt for the 3 hour tour - perfect amount of time to explore and get comfortable on...

Spent two nights here just now and really enjoyed our stay. Nice change from hostels and hotels! We booked the ‘spacious two bedroom tent’ which came prepared with two sleeping bags, two pillows, a double camping mattress & a light. There was unfortunately no beanbags/seats as advertised but we weren’t really too bothered as we used the other compartment of the tent for our backpacks. The campsite is well maintained and has several quirks to it such as hammocks, fairy lights within the trees, a trampoline, a walk rope and so on. The highlight of our stay was using the BBQ to cook some local food from the market in Da Lat. you can pay extra to use some coal and rent some crockery from here. Lovely warm shower and nice bathrooms just a short walk away from where our tent was situated was also a bonus. Plus, this place is cheap as chips! Sam the host was really accommodating via Airbnb and the ladies working there too! Bike rental is also available here which is convenient as it is a little out of the way!

This is the best place in Da Lat I've ever stayed. The owner, Sam, keeps the area in the most natural way, really Western style while other places are almost being concretized. We stayed here twice, 2 nights in the first time and 5 nights in the second time. We really enjoyed the place. Moreover, the room was really cheap, comparing to other villas. Also, they have a huge camping zone with just 100k/person. Sammy and his staffs also very friendly, helpful and supportive. Besides, we had a ATV tour as well, this is must try experience. That was really awesome. Sammy will show you guys all the view from the top of Da Phu hill. Hopefully, Sam will have a camping tour on Da Phu hill later. At the night time, you can have bbq, make fire and enjoy the sound of the night inside the pineforest. Thanks Sam and his staffs for our experience.
