Miền Sương Khói - Home & Café Đà Lạt — Hotel in Da Lat City

As much as I wanted to find ways to give more stars, i can't. The rooms are nice, our room had a tremendous view and was quite spacious, but there is a weird scent coming out of the bathrooms, lacked toiletteries or furniture such as wardrobe.

The hotel has serious issues with water pressure and hot water. Don't expect to be able to get a hot shower in the evening, it's lukewarm at best. We had a bathtub in our room and I can't even imagine we would use it. I've stayed in over 4 different hotels in Dalat and this was the first time I had this problem.

The staff is very sweet and they are trying their best but not given enough to work with. Morning breakfast options are extremely limited, by 9:30 AM, there were about two choices left. This being said, the views are great and we did enjoy the common area.

We appreciated laundry service and a few motorbikes to rent for a fair price.

I stayed at this hotel for one month and truly enjoyed my time there. The room was comfortable, the location convenient, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was included in the price — although the selection wasn’t very big, it was always fresh, hot, and nicely prepared.

What made my stay especially warm and memorable was the staff. I’d like to thank the three sweet ladies working at the hotel, especially Linh and the hotel manager. Both of them were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel cared for throughout my stay. Their thoughtfulness and professionalism were truly appreciated.

Receiving a rose from the hotel on March 8th truly made my day — such a sweet and unexpected touch!

Stayed for 2 nights here while traveling solo, I was really impressed with the price and the overall experience. My room was a super cozy attic room. I especially loved waking up to the sunrise view and ending my day with the wide range of Da Lat sky view. The attic room had everything solo travelers need, including a comfortable bed, a table, and a coat hanger. The only downside was that the private bathroom was located outside of the room, but that was not a big deal to me. The host and the staff were very hospitable and responsive.
