Khoa Dat Hotel — Hotel in Di Linh

1. Poorly managed: Our family with 16 adults normally I need only 4 double rooms. All single and double was given as to have only 01 double bed (for 02 persons). All look similar??? This made me have to book 08 rooms (06 double amd 02 single rooms) The price for single room was set similar to double. This made me have to pay 08 rooms at the price of double rooms!

On arrival, when I found the problems, the two laddies did admit their wrongful information (as it was clearky shown in my booking and their property details too)!

But the two ladies ridiculously insisted on asking me for double room price given that they admitted their mistakes!!!!

One of my room had problem with the water tab as the property was old! The two ladies charged our family for 200k vnd but not fixing the tab! We had no water for that room.

2. And the two ladies were extricate rude ..... We were for the wedding so that was why we did not want to have any unhappy problems with...

For foreigners: it's ok if you just want to crash for a quick night sleep before you keep going. But I didn't feel confortable taking a shower or really using the bathroom at all. The bed didn't seem super...

Es handelt sich um 1 Sterne Hotel. Nicht wie ausgeschrieben ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Das einzigst positive an allem war, dass das Hotel dicht an der Hauptstraße lag. Das Zimmer ist nicht schön, ordentlich gereinigt wird nicht. Karkalaken und Käfer liegen im Zimmer tot rum. Bettwäsche hat jede Menge Löcher und allgemein wurde das Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Frau die für das Hotel zuständig ist, kriegt man nicht bzw. Sehr schwer erreicht und zum vereinbarten auschecken ist Sie auch...
