GRAD Queen Hotel 2 - Ha Dong — Hotel in Hà Nội

The name of the hotel is Hanoi Lullaby Hotel and Travel and the adress is this one: 16 Phố Ngõ Trạm, Phường Hàng Bông, Quận Hoàn Kiếm, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam. It is very hard to get to this hotel because the name on Google Apps or on the Taxi Apps (Be, Grab...) has a different address than the hotel is really located. We booked the room for 5 people via Booking. When I came there they wanted to give us the room with 3 beds and 2 mattresses on the floor, I atteched the picture to prove it. I told them if they are crazy that I will not pay for this offer. After a short negotiation, they gave us 2 rooms. One for 3 people and the second room for 2 two people and for the same price as the room for 5. The hotel is very good located, the main receptionist speaks fluently English. The rooms are nice, but with messy AC. The cleaning of the room could be better because there was a lot of dust or dirt. The service is not bad, the hotel is very smarmy and they wanted to give us many other different offers. This place doesn’t honor their contacted app prices. When showed up to the hotel had to pay more at the hotel. The hotel didn’t bother to check their mistakes. In the end I had to pay more. When I extended my stay their website was price less than the front desk has quoted. The hotel clerk set a tour guide for us and asked specifically the itinerary said she would one prepared for me which never happened. I decided to ask for what company name of the tour so I can look up their website. She didn’t provide that either. When I show up for tour guide. My niece and I unprepared for trekking. When we arrived at the hotel, we did not find anyone at the reception. I had to wait about 20 minutes. Then a girl appeared who did not speak English properly and after long discussions reported using Google translator that she had canceled our reservation and we could not check into the hotel. I have not received any cancellation emails. All the local people who came after us were settled. For the first time in my life I had such a sad experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
