Mandala Hotel & Suites Hải Dương — Hotel in Hải Dương City

I went to Hai Duong for the first time and slept there. The hotel was okay, but I don't want to come back to Hai Duong because of the service attitude of the female staff at this hotel. When I checked in, I requested a late checkout the next day, and the staff allowed me to check out at 13:00. The next day, the phone rang at 11:30 and asked me to leave at 12:00. I told them I would check out at 13:00, but they insisted that I come down by 13:00. I checked out at 12:57, and my group checked out at the reception at 13:03. I left the room at around 12:59. Because I was 3 minutes late, the female staff was very rude and demanded 480,000 VND.
