Nam Cuong Hai Duong Hotel — Hotel in Hải Dương City

We have stayed in Hotel Nam Cuong for 6 days. Its very nice hotel in Hai Duong and i think no other hotel will be near to compare of it. Its 25 story building, Rooms are quite big and almost all rooms have view. Hotel is some what outskirt of city and nothing is nearby. staff is nice and all needed facility are available in Hotel. Buffet Breakfast is quite wide spread, but very limited options for pure vegetarian. In all our stay of 6 days we need not to call for housekeeping or services, everything is streamline and as required. only problem faced was during check- in, check in time is 2:00 pm, we have reached at hotel around 11:30 am and they do not ready to give us room and literally we have to wait for 1:30 hour at lobby. Booking is also an issue, we have drop several emails but there is no response or it is bounced(with id given on website). Request hotelier to check it once the email id given on websites. Safe to say one of the best hotels in HD. The staff and service are great. Room are very large and well maintained. Breakfast is very good. Hotel restaurant has decent options but on the expensive side. Lots of amenities including gym, pool, golf driving range. Overall it’s what you expect for maybe the most expensive hotel in the area. Only negatives are the location and the atmosphere of it being a ghost town. Need to take a 10min taxi to get into town for restaurants, bars, shops. Also feels very quiet, have often been to eat at the restaurant and been the only one there for hours. There is almost nothing around in walking distance. If you have to or want to sleep in Hai Duong then this is a good hotel with large rooms, friendly staff, rich breakfast in a good location.||We had a room on a high floor with a good view. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. The room was very large with a high ceiling and a large bathroom. The bathroom was slightly used but more than good enough. I liked the large room which would be comfortable for a longer stay.
