Mandala Retreats Kim Bôi — Hotel in Hoà Bình province

It’s the little things that make the difference between an ok hotel and a good one. Unfortunately, this one had a few too many things lacking. The area is very nice. We went on a pleasant bike ride nearby. But our room was cold and you have to call the front desk to change from cooling to heating. We wanted to take a bath on the balcony. But the water wasn’t hot enough so we had to boil about 10 kettles full of water to get it hot enough. In the showers there are no shelves. So the shampoo etc are all just on the floor. The lights near our elevator on the 6th floor were all out so it was a bit creepy at night. Food was ok. If your room faces the road there is a lot of traffic noise. We had good massages. About 1,5hour driving from Hanoi, i drove into a uphill road to the mountain, very very nice view and the point is my wifi and i can see the normal daily life of Mong people living along the road side, whay a good experience.|We have been to Mandala Kim Bôi for 2 days 1 night, very good, cool and fresh air, welcomed by a friendly reception team, having a talk with them then i superisingly know that they a Mong people ( minority people ) but they are very good at communication and helpful throughout our stay. |Room is very nice, good quality facilities, well decorated and spacious, good restaurant and food ( fresh from Muong people ).|We really enjoyed much, thanks Mandala for making our stay.
