I had a wonderful experience at Mường Thanh Grand Hoàng Mai Hotel—and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The service and hospitality were top-notch. The staff was warm, professional, and always helpful—made me feel genuinely welcome and looked after .

The lobby and bar area are beautifully designed—a spacious, elegant lounge with modern décor, plush seating, and greenery. It felt sophisticated and inviting from the moment I walked in .

My bedroom was comfortable and well-sized, with clean, crisp linens and cool air-conditioning. Reliable free Wi‑Fi and thoughtful amenities like a minibar, kettle, and in‑room safe added convenience .

The food, especially breakfast, was excellent. The buffet had a great balance of local Vietnamese options—like eel soup—and international favorites. Many reviews praised the wide selection and flavors .

I also loved the hotel bar, where I could relax with a drink in a refined setting—and there’s even a spa and gym on-site if you want to unwind or stay active .

Parking was another bonus—free self-parking on site, which made arriving by car or motorbike stress-free .

In short: a clean, spacious hotel with great food, elegant public areas, and friendly service. I can’t wait to stay here again....

Wow what a beautiful hotel, opened in 2016, everything is new and clean. It is not a budget hotel, but then again $53Cad won't break the bank and breakfast is included. The rooms a very spacious and well appointed, with free coffee and tea as well as a stocked beer fridge (20.000VND). Full size towels, very comfortable beds. This hotel also has 261 suits and a conference room that can seat 1000. Did I mention the outdoor pool, fitness centre, tennis court and soccer pitch!
