Green Hills — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Green Hills Serviced Residences is an apartment block that hires out for long and short term stay on the edge of Ho Chi Minh City. It is located in Software City which is in Quang Trung district and is not an attractive place.||||The location is terrible. There is really nothing there at all aside from some nice greenery. Some 15 years after Software City was opened the place is falling apart. There is still some activity and one large employer in the area but it is an ugly and dispiriting location. The location is only really known by those in the area so it is necessary to ask a security guard or similar in order to find it as a taxi driver will be unlikely to know. ||||The building itself is ugly. An unattractive tower block which is as souless on the inside as it is on the out. The low lights just add to the sense of gloom. ||||There are facilities but they seem to have been largely abandoned. A kids room is practically empty other than a small slide and a ball pit. The canteen area is open for breakfast but it tasted as if the bread had been lying around for a long time. Breakfast begins at 6am. ||||It is not a comfortable place to stay. The paper-thin sheets do nothing and the beds are uncomfortable. ||||The apartment itself does not have any attractive features. It is unadorned and lacking in light, colour, or interest. On the plus side the apartment is quite spacious. It is a rare example of a 3-bed apartment which is available in HCMC. ||||Service was friendly but unable to provide real assistance. The front desk was full of smiles and a surprisingly decent standard of English. i was stay in this service apartment for 8 years, my office is just nearby this office. ||8 years also stay in same unit. the 7 years stay i request repaint my unit, management gave me a reply is company out of budget. cant paint for me. not much tenant, not enough earn money.||1st year i stay here, everday have shuttle bus service, after a few year , management gave a notice upgrade the shutter bus service!! then remain every week for one trip shuttle bus. only one trip service on every sunday morning, that is special for korean to church. maybe the director is korean, special for korean only. but the most tenant stay in this apartment is malaysian. no receive the service. racist??? not sure~||TV is 90's tv, oh my god!!||request install internet service by myself, its not allow, but free service from management is too poor, super slow, always have notice to all tenant, its upgrage, but its too slow internet speed, and always will have 2-3 days no internet service, also notice as upgrade, but after upgrade also poor speed, just can felt myself stay in super very poor country..?? but what i knew in hochiminh city, the speed for internet suppose faster than many of country. what i knew the country nice and good, but this apartment service is...

Overall a good place to focus on work if you have business to attend to in Saigon software park. I was there during the weekdays for almost 2 weeks, and it fitted the purpose of business/working trip.||||The software park is far out of central Saigon, and this is literally the only option if you are here for work in the software park and don't want to spend time in transit. Easy to walk to the offices in the software park within 5 minutes.||||If you look for fun or things to do outside office hours, this is not the place. There is nothing. Only a small shop, a coffee shop and a small cafe/restaurant, which all are situated in the apartments facility. With Saigon traffic it can easily take more than an hour to get into central Saigon.||||Wifi a bit slow though, which can be irritating if you are working.
