This place looked OK from the outside but the rooms were extremely dirty and it appeared that only minimal effort had been made to clean them after being occuppied. Bins not emptied, used toothbrushes and toothpaste containers left in the plastic tray above the sink which was dirty. The floor hadn't been swept and there were empty condom packets under the bed along with other detritus. There were also a number of defects: Hot water only worked occasionally. Door handle broken.
