Individual cars are not allowed to bypass the concrete bridge, but parked outside with a little amount - 30k VND each. You can reach to the highest point of “Tang Bong” tower to get bird-eyes view of surrounding: All green, Amazing. We got threaten by monkeys which are very naughty and ready to attack you or to take something from you. Be carefull with sun glasses, cell phones or bags, they take it and climb to the tree at no time that you hardly get it back. We went with “Combo 5” including pick-up car, travel by propelled boat and 10-person canoe paddled by a lovely and dedicated man through forest to observe bats. It should be better if you bring along Umbrella, anti-insect oil, some bottles of fresh water or mineral ones, foods once you go with chidren or beer to drink with your friends during the time waiting for boats or canoes. It takes max. 2 hours for the tour, the it is highly recommended if you order dishes at the restaurant before you get the site trip. Several dishes that you gonna enjoy such as grilled duck, grilled fish (called ‘“thòi lòi”), hotpot,…especially, the bbq duck will be ready in 2.5 hours (that the reason why you need order in advance). Btw, the restaurant is kind of clean, tidy and spacious. Price is reasonable, around M2.2 VND for 10 persons. Lets begin with table that equiped with wall fans. A large natural mangrove along one of the small branches of the Nha Be River. The Eco-Center is is part of a large mangrove about 2 hours away from Ho Chi Minh including a short and interesting ferry ride. Once on site you have access to a selection of ‘wildlife/eco stops’. The first is monkey island - basically an open range zoo arrangement for the hundreds of monkeys here, where you can get up close to them as they come to the visitors for a feed. In the same are is an open air war museum showing how the Vietcong lived in the swamps and mangroves.

A short speedboat ride then takes you to the bat lagoon across the river. This part was really wild as you can only access it by boat. We could see many bird species and of course the resident fruit bats. The last stop was the crocodile swamp (not a wilderness experience) crocodiles are in a large enclosure and the guide gets them to jump for a bit of fish tied by a nylon string to the end of a pole. Bird sanctuary was nice. Tree tops were covered with a lot of migratory birds at this time of the year. However, they are hard to get close and see from underneath. I would strongly recommend taking a good telephoto lens and a good guide book for the birder as guards can not provide much information. Restaurant was serving traditional Vietnamese food. Place is a bit run down and would need a bit of attention. Rubbish and plastic bottles were previous days visitors were laying on the ground. Nhân viên gian dối. Nhặt được điện thoại nhưng bảo rằng người khác đã nhặt và "làm tiền" du khách. Cụ thể: Mình và bạn có đến đây vào ngày 18/4 ngay lễ Giỗ Tổ. 9h50 Vào khu DL mua vé bao gồm xe điện khứ hồi vào trong lúc đi có đánh rơi chiếc Ip12 trên xe điện. Vào KDL dc khoảng 10h30 thì phát hiện rơi đt và đã báo với phòng vé và bạn lễ tân để liên hệ tài xế xe điện để tìm. Và được tài xế phản hồi không có. Mình và bạn quyết định đi bộ ra tìm, chợt bạn mình nhớ đến chuyện định vị tìm IPhone thì bảo mình bật lên tìm, lúc đó tài xế nghe thì bảo mình cho Sdt lại để trong lúc chở khách từ ngoài vào thì chạy chậm xem có không (đoạn đường hơn 2km), sau đó bỏ bọn mình lại và chạy ra cổng trước. Được 1 phút ông ta gọi lại và nói có "người bắt cua" nhặt được, đang mang lên xã nộp. Mình hỏi chỗ nào mình ra gặp bạn đó nhận thì ông không nói rõ mà kêu bọn mình đi bộ ra từ từ "người bắt cua" sẽ vào, với điều kiện là cho người bắt cua bao nhiêu tiền. Do đang sốt ruột mình đồng ý cho tiền. Tin lời thì bọn mình đi bộ dưới cái nắng gắt 11h giờ trưa ra, đi mãi không thấy ai vào mịn gọi ông lần lượt 4 cuộc gọi thì ông trả lời quạn co là nó vẫn đang vào. Cuộc gọi cuối cùng mình nói mình ra gần đến cửa rồi thì ông kêu đứng giữa đường đợi đi để ông mang vào do KDL đông người nên bạn "bắt cua" sợ không dám vào gặp bọn mình. Đến đây mình đặt dấu chấm hỏi và thấy rất vô lý. Trong này mà ai đi bắt cua!!!?? Cuối cùng có 1 chú khác đang chở khách ra thấy bọn mình đi bộ lang thang chú bảo lên xe đi chú chở ra cổng tìm. Leo lên xe đi được một đoạn thì thấy ông kia chạy vào, mình nhảy xuống gọi thì ông thấy có đông người ông vội lấy đt ra đưa mình và bảo cho nhiêu cũng được và vội chạy đi. Quá bất bình mình rời KDL chỉ sau 30p thăm quan mà chưa kịp thăm được cái gì hết. Đến 14h chiều 2 đứa ra chợ ngồi ăn mở đt ra xem thì thấy cái clip lúc ông nhặt đt bị cấn gốc màn hình chỗ camera quay lại đoạn ông nhặt đt là lúc 10h19, mà lúc mình tìm đt là 10h37. Quá thất...
