LOOVE HOTEL 2 — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Scam hotel. I booked and paid for a specific room and upon arrival the receptionist did not speak english, did not greet and gave us the wrong room which by the way was so dirty. Floor with lots of hair, dirty bed with lots of spots, toilet with hair, soap everywhere and sofa with some oils on it. We asked the receptionist if we could have the room we booked and he said it was already taken and if we wanted it we needed to wait for a couple of hours (we arrived at 15:00), and the check in is supposed to be from 14:00 according to the info. I honestly don’t know how this place has so many stars. Maybe because of the design of the rooms? It is really unique and special BUT it’s dirty. There are clumps of dusts on the orders the walls, used condoms, face masks, tissues and earbuds… Not hygienic at all. There is no fridge and you cannot leave any food out otherwise there will be ants all over. There is AC. The location is kind of far out from most of the tourist attractions but it’s affordable. They rent the rooms out here by the hour, so expect to hear naughty sounds. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a family here. However the staff are really nice...

Hotel so dirty, when i receive vip 1 room, cockroach runing around and smell so bad. I talk with the reception and they dont even know how bad that room was, they dont even check the room before give to the customer. Never book...
