T68 Hotel Gò Vấp — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

This is the first bad review I have ever written. The hotel staff here were horrendous. First, they said that they could not honor the price for which I had booked the hotel because I had supposedly only booked it for 2 hrs per day. Even after that, they gave me the "real" (much higher) price, to which I reluctantly agreed, only for them to realize that they had "miscalculated" it and they needed to charge me more. This includes on my final day, when they called me down to say that they realized (again) that they had miscalculated the price and I needed to pay more. But the real icing on the cake was on my second full day in town, when they informed me that they would be shutting down the hotel entirely for the whole evening so that they could all attend a company party. Of course, they only came back more than two hours after the time that they had told me, making me wait outside well past midnight to go sleep in a hotel room that I had already paid for. Also, the wifi sucks. It worked fine on my phone, but was constantly dropping...

Nhân viên khách sạn cực kỳ thái độ với người lớn tuổi.

Checkin: Mình có book cho ba mẹ mình ở 2 đêm qua agoda. Lúc đến checkin là 6-7h sáng, mình đã book đêm trc đó nên không phải là checkin sớm hay đòi phòng gì nhưng nhân viên vô cùng thái độ. Ba mình đọc tên với sđt đặt phòng và bảo có thanh toán trước rồi. Nhân viên như kiểu muốn chửi ba mẹ mình tới nơi. Nên nhớ là ba mẹ mình đã U50-60 rồi nhé. Nhân viên táp lại kiểu nói trống không “đặt qua đâu, trả tiền cho ai?” Nói chung ăn nói vô cùng mất dạy.

Khi có sự cố nhờ hỗ trợ: tối hôm đó ba mình bị mất điện thoại mà sạc điện thoại mẹ mình thì bị hỏng nên mới xin sạc điện thoại 15-20p để không bị sập nguồn. Nhưng một lần nữa nhân viên lại thái độ quát tháo người lớn tuổi. Trong khi rõ ràng điện thoại bạn nhân viên đã đầy pin và mẹ mình chỉ xin cắm 15p nhưng nhân viên vẫn quát lại kiểu “nhưng em đang sạc”. Nói thật, sạc là tài sản của bạn bạn ko cho mượn thì cg ko vấn đề gì nhưng thái độ của bạn là vấn đề. Bạn ăn nói kiểu thái độ với khách đặc biệt là người lớn tuổi.
