Worst staff for the swimming pool, just for explaining they need to call the reception, and very bad attitude, i dont know why would a 4 star hotel hire a person with bad attitude that cant speak english at all. They Can't explain well about the situation of the swimming pool. I'm so dissapointed with the service of the staff, so rude, and keep saying swearing in vietnamesse when i ask the situation. It is not nice at all. the only good thing is only the old security guard on the motorbike parking even he can't speak english but he work so profesional, at least he try to keep polite and nice to the guest. I don't know this hotel i thing use a very bad management, i never have difficulty when stay in sommerset hanoi or metropole. But this hotel its realy a shame. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel because of the hotel swimming pool attitude. Is the worst, rude and not nice. Also not profesional to the guest. The room its spacious, swimming pool it just soso. Food and snack on the swimming is overpriced. The snack itself it just a street snack not even sell a 4 star hotel snack. This hotel it not worthed to stay in, they just sell the star but the service and attitude of the staff in the swimming pool is just a 1 star motel service.||They realy need a staff who can speak english on the swimming pool for better 4 star service.||Restaurant is okay the food quite good cheff, staff in the restaurant highly train english. Every hotel the laundry bag is free for customers. But this hotel is charge extra the laundry bag . I stay 2 day on 19/4 i got use them laundry bag go outside wash clothes then no bring back . 20/4 i got check out them charge extra me 6 USD . And noon 20/4 i got check in again stay 1 more day . 21/4 got check out and give back them the laundry bag . Them no give return and no refund money . 2 receptionists stood lauging talk to customers is money in company cant return paid cash maybe can return but bank in cant .
