Kingdom Hotel — Hotel in Nghệ An Province

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in mid October so in the off season. We stayed in room 908 which has a great view of the beach, 2 comfortable queen size beds with nice comforters and an L shaped padded sofa to sit and view the beach. This is the first padded sofa we have found in a room in Vietnam after a month of travel. The staff is friendly and helpful and accomadating for families. We where able to negotiate a better price on the room for a 2 night stay but it was so comfortable that we stayed for 4 nights. With the room you get house keeping and they provided 4 bottles of water per day and instant coffee packets. They also offer laundry service for 50,000/kg. As a tip the location is pretty dead in the off season for shops and restaurants. Head North on the main beach strip about a 2 km drive and you will find a square with many restaurants, shops and an indoor market selling any apperal you may want. You can easily barter for a bettet price since there are so many vendors. Unfortunately, we found this place on the last night otherwise we would have come here for dinner every night to try out new food stalls...

I only booked and stayed two nights (May 24th-26th) and arrived about 1AM on the 25th. The hotel booked transportation from the airport for a $20 USD fee but their driver took me to the wrong hotel, so it took much longer to arrive at the correct hotel. I had booked a premium room but the A/C did not work. They kept telling me it was user error and to just wait for it to cool. After suffering in the heat all day, they finally downgraded me to another room with a working A/C. There was loud construction noise all day, which I recorded in case they deny it later. I was very disappointed with my stay. But that wasn't the worst of it. When I checked my Visa statement, I saw that my card was charged for the two nights on the 26th. However, I later found that they charged my credit card again on the 29th for another two nights and then refused to refund. I had to report fraud. Avoid this hotel, do not give them your credit card and check your statements as they add additional nights to unsuspecting...

Phòng tuy hơi bé nhưng thiết kế đẹp và sang trọng; dịch vụ cũng khá chuyên nghiệp, nhân viên tuy còn trẻ nhưng rất chu đáo, lễ tân khá niềm nở phòng ăn tương đối rộng.. gala có màn hình led.; ăn uống khá đa dạng, thực đơn các ngày ko trùng nhau.
