Dear Hotel Management,||First of all, thank you for the wonderful vacation we had at your hotel. We truly enjoyed the overall concept, the atmosphere, and the level of service. At the same time, I’d like to offer a few constructive suggestions—not as complaints, but as genuine feedback that may help improve the guest experience.||What we loved:|- The overall hotel concept is amazing, full of greenery and natural elements. Special thanks to the gardeners who create a relaxing and peaceful ambiance — their work is outstanding.|- The staff is exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful. They always smile, greet guests, and do their best to assist.|- The hotel is perfect for a calm, quiet family vacation or a stay with a small (non-noisy) group. The atmosphere promotes relaxation, with no loud activities or pushy entertainment — ideal for unwinding.|- The sea is very clean and clear, with a gradual depth change that becomes steep approximately 10 meters from the shore.|- The swimming pool is well-designed, with areas for children as well as adults. The average depth is 1.6 meters, which is comfortable and safe for most guests.||Suggestions for improvement:||1. Restaurant and Menu:|- The menu is confusingly structured: dishes from different categories are mixed together. For example, a chicken dish may appear under fried rice, soups are scattered throughout, and salads can show up in unrelated sections.|- As a result, orders are often incorrect. It would be much easier if the menu were organized by category: all salads in one place, main dishes with sides in another, soups grouped together, and so on.|- Adding a QR code that links to photos of each dish (created with AI or professionally) would greatly simplify the selection process.|- During breakfast, there is no clear way to order coffee — it’s not listed, and staff don't offer it unless asked.|- There are no napkins or hand sanitizers on the tables or in the rooms, which is especially important these days.||2. Pool Bar:|- There is a swim-up bar with bottles of alcohol on display, but no bartender or signage. It's unclear whether guests can serve themselves, whether it's free or chargeable, or how it works.|- Renting basic inflatable floats like flamingos or rings feels unnecessary. For a hotel of this level, these could easily be offered free of charge, especially since they’re mainly used by children. Charging for them adds no real value and slightly damages the guest experience.||3. Service Outside the Restaurant:|- Guests and staff would both benefit from electronic call buttons installed on tables near pool chairs and beach loungers. This way, guests can order food and drinks without needing to walk to the bar or restaurant.|- Alternatively, the hotel could offer a dedicated WhatsApp or Telegram chat where guests can send their orders directly — a common and convenient solution in many resorts.||4. Rooms:|- The rooms themselves are spacious and well-designed, but the bathrooms are in need of renovation. Many metal fixtures are either rusted or covered in mold, which detracts from the otherwise high standards.|- There is no option to charge purchases to the room, which is inconvenient, especially when guests are at the beach or pool without cash on hand.||5. Language Barrier:|- Unfortunately, most staff do not speak English, which leads to numerous misunderstandings. Even when pointing to pictures in the menu, it’s often difficult to communicate clearly, resulting in incorrect orders or long explanations.|- Training staff in basic English phrases would be extremely helpful. At the very least, each guest area (restaurant, reception, pool) should have one English-speaking team member on duty.||In conclusion:|We are grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful resort. The points raised above are not criticisms but suggestions to help improve the guest experience** and meet the expectations of an international clientele. With just a few adjustments, your hotel can become even more...
Read moreThe winner of the worst fake self rated 5 star resorts in Nha Trang. Upon our arrival we were given a notice stating that there would be construction noise from the hours of 8am to 6pm. The very next morning we were disturbed and awoken at 6:30am to loud construction noise right outside our window. We informed the manager on duty of this disturbance. The very next morning we were again awakened at 7:30 am of strong construction noise right outside of our window. Also, during our first night there was a lot of noise from our neighbour throughout the evening, night and morning. The problem is, that the walls are not well insulated and soundproof, the door is thin and hollow, with a opaque glass in the center & there is a big gap at the bottom/floor, which resulted with us having no privacy what so ever. This issue was also addressed to the manager, there solution was to install a strip of wood at the bottom of the door which did absolutely nothing to reduce noise transference. Another big problem we had was the house slippers. Upon our arrival we only had one pair of slippers in our room, at inspection we noticed they were used and dirty. Twice we asked for new slippers, on the second request we were presented with more used and dirty slippers. When we asked for new pairs, the staff said they don’t have any new pairs, but they cleaned the ones they gave us. We then spoke to reception and invited them to look at what was given to us, when the gentleman inspected them he agreed that they were unusable. However, he had no solution because apparently they have no stock of unused slippers at this 5 star resort. One of the reasons why we absolutely need slippers at our room is because the floor is dirty (even after room cleaning service) and our feet get dirt stuck on them when we walk barefoot. We noticed that when they clean the room they don’t have proper cleaning supplies: no vacuum cleaner, no mop, no brushes for cleaning the bathroom. And this are not the only shortcomings of this 5* resort. To name a few are: the gym is filthy, smells bad, only has 4 pieces of equipment which is old and rusted; we had to wait 2 hours for room service in addition our order needed to be changed multiple times by the restaurant while we were waiting because they didn’t have the dishes we ordered from the menu; the water in the shower intermittently goes from hot to cold and it’s impossible to have a hot bath because there is not enough hot water to fill up the tub; it’s very hard to communicate with the staff because of the language barrier, they barely speak any English. Overall, a horrible experience that will haunt us forever. Waste of money and precious vacation time. Luckily we left after 2 horrendous nights....
Read moreWe recently stayed at this hotel and enjoyed several perks. A big advantage was the free boat that ferried us from the pier to the hotel, and the 24-hour golf cart service that took us anywhere within the hotel grounds. We also appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the standard time, which was a nice touch.
The staff were friendly and always smiling. We traveled light with just a backpack, but we noticed how the staff assisted other guests with their luggage from the pier to the boat, and from the boat to the reception, and finally to their rooms.
We stayed in a Deluxe bungalow with a sea view, which was lovely. The room was clean, and the outdoor shower and bathtub were especially beautiful.
However, we did encounter a few issues. We were given two 0.5L bottles of water for free each day, but on a hot day with temperatures around 30°C, it wasn’t enough. There were also two 1.5L bottles on the table, which we drank. Despite these bottles not being listed in the minibar price list, we were charged 35K for each at checkout. It feels unfair to charge for water in a resort, where it should be free as a basic necessity.
The minibar itself was poorly stocked, with only three bottles—one each of Cola, Sprite, and beer. It didn’t make sense not to have more, especially if you prefer one drink over the others. To make matters worse, the prices were three times higher than normal, with a bottle of soda or water costing around 35K.
There was also a note near the terrace asking guests not to hang clothes to dry, but no alternative was provided, which was inconvenient.
When it comes to dining, the prices in the resort’s restaurant were outrageously high, sometimes 3 to 3.5 times what you’d pay at a good restaurant on the mainland. For example, a simple Carbonara pasta was priced at 220K—higher than in many places in Europe! Fish or seafood dishes ranged from 500-600K, and even a shake or cocktail would set you back 100K or more. It feels like the resort is taking advantage of guests by not offering any alternative dining options.
Breakfast was included and was quite good, but they served terrible coffee for free and charged for better coffee from a machine.
The hotel grounds were peaceful and beautiful, and the pool was nice, but charging 100K per hour to rent a swimming ring is absurd. Kids would love to use these, and as a resort, it would make sense to provide them for free.
We were grateful for the free doctor available on-site, which we had to use during our stay.
Overall, while the stay had its highlights, such as the beautiful location and friendly staff, the high prices and charges for basic amenities like water lead me to rate this experience 3 stars...
