1000 stars out of 5! The three of us loved it here! The food was fantastic, the rooms are nice and spacious. But most importantly the host (Phi) was incredibly nice. He apologized that he didn’t speak english (no need to apologize, we came to your country and couldn’t speak a word of vietnamese either!) but he tried so hard to make us feel welcome and communicate with us. You can see the Bai Dinh Pagoda from the rice fields just around the corner from the home stay. I recommend going at night so you can enjoy the lights. The whole family was soooo nice and accommodating! Take care of Vinh (the youngest son) he’s super cute but will not leave your side😅 Phi even took extra care of my boyfriend’s mom when he heard that she lost her husband a year ago. I praised Phi a lot but his family and wife deserve praise as well! They were a little bit shy, but adorable once you talked to them :) If I come back to Ninh Binh i will definitely come back to...

Very nice place, relatively near to most attractions- boat trips, natural park, viewpoints. It’s outside of the city in suburbs and very peaceful and quiet between rice fields and beatiful lake. U can take bicycles for free or ask the owner to help u to rent a bike. Owners are great, will provide u with any help you need, the food is great but still if you want to cook there is a kitchen where you can cook with everything u will need. We lived a month here and were working distantly, internet connection is quite good, we could watch movies online as well. Once there were electricity cut down for several hours but the owner has generator so we still could work. Very clean rooms, they have different types with one or two beds. What an incredibly peaceful and happy place this is. If you’re someone who enjoys taking your time, this is the kind of place where you’d want to relax by the pool all day.

For those who have stayed at many hotels, you probably understand — pools in high-rise buildings often lose their special charm. They’re usually located on upper floors, used by many guests at once, and often adjacent to fitness centers. That makes the atmosphere feel a bit less exclusive.

In contrast, single-story resorts or low-rise hotels have pools on the ground level, and with a limited number of guests overall, the entire space feels more private and special.

This hotel follows that exact style.

I’ve already stayed here three times in less than two weeks.

Why? It’s hygienic. Despite being in Vietnam, the air is clean. It seems family-run — everyone is constantly cleaning. It’s peaceful. The space feels truly exclusive and unique.

I genuinely recommend it!

Thật là một không gian hạnh phúc biết bao. Nếu bạn là người có nhiều thời gian rảnh, thì đây chính là nơi lý tưởng để thư giãn cả ngày bên hồ bơi.

Những ai đã từng ở nhiều khách sạn chắc sẽ hiểu — hồ bơi của khách sạn cao tầng thường nằm ở tầng trên, và có khá nhiều người sử dụng nên cảm giác đặc biệt cũng giảm đi phần nào. Nhiều khách sạn còn đặt phòng gym ngay cạnh hồ bơi nữa.

Trong khi đó, những khách sạn kiểu nhà một tầng thì hồ bơi nằm ở tầng trệt, số lượng khách lưu trú cũng giới hạn, nên không gian nào cũng có cảm giác riêng tư và đặc biệt.

Khách sạn này chính là theo phong cách đó.

Chỉ trong chưa đầy hai tuần, tôi đã ở đây ba lần rồi.
