Ninh Bình Golden Season Hotel — Hotel in Ninh Bình

The hotel is really new and clean. The locations isn't great but is within a mile or 2 of the centre. We have a baby so specifically chose a hotel that had a restaurant but when we checked in we were told that both the restaurant and buffet breakfast were not available as due to lack of customers, the kitchen staff had all been told not to come to work. This meant having to get taxis everywhere to find food for my daughter. If they had let us know that neither the restaurant or breakfast buffet were available we wouldn't have booked. Im sure when it is busy it is a great hotel but I do think they need to let customers know what facilities are closed before allowing you to book. Very disappointing as everything else in the hotel was nice apart from: 1 no tea or coffee was available in the room despite a kettle, cups and a sign saying complimentary tea and coffee should be there. 2. Someone in the hotel managed to connect their phone to our TV and suddenly the screen switched to someone's YouTube "Sex Playlist" with a fairly graphic image with "Live is a bitch" across the screen. Not great when you have kids with you and you are half way through a film! I would stay there again but only after calling ahead to see if the services advertised are actually going to be open. Honestly, we felt a bit cheated and it led to a bad anniversary...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Golden Seasons Hotel in Ninh Binh, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is very new with modern and comfortable rooms that truly offer great value for money. The serene surroundings make it an ideal location for those seeking quiet scenic walks.

The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptional and friendly staff. Tra, the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Her knowledge of the area is impressive, as she guided me to the best places to visit, making my exploration of Ninh Binh even more enjoyable.

While the hotel's location provides a peaceful escape, it's worth noting that it's a bit far from the centre of activity. However, it is ideal for those who prefer a tranquil setting. Golden Seasons Hotel is the perfect choice. Overall, my experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay...

So happy we booked this hotel. We were given an upgrade upon arrival the room was spacious and super clean, the bed was an XL king bed and super comfortable (I have back issues so Asian beds have been a nightmare for me). The have two mattress toppers and you get 4 thick pillows on the bed. Bathroom products all included and changed daily along with fresh towels and complimentary water everyday.

Bike rental and helmets at 150,000 a day, so convenient and the food/room service was great. Cooked to order so comes hot and fresh and huge portions. We ordered everyday and it came great every time.

On check out day our train wasn’t until 10pm to Hue so they let us stay in the room until 6pm at no extra charge which was such a great finish to our stay here.
