In English : I went to the beach and the hotel with 2 friends. On arrival, no waiters or hotel owners are here. We changed into swimwear and waited at the outermost tables and chairs at the beach. When I saw people coming into the hotel, I greeted them and knew they were guests from Hanoi, not the service staff or the hotel owner. After a while, I saw a girl speaking Vietnamese in a foreigner voice. The first thing was that she invited us out of their tables and chairs. I answered that we waited here to ask for a hotel. After the girl provided the price information, I offered to see the empty room with the lowest price. Although we were talking politely, suddenly a foreign woman interrupted her voice and chased us away. I speak in English that we are asking to rent a room. The young lady then said that she didn't want to show the room so we left. We feel offended because of the minimal kind reception at this hotel. We rated 1 star for the reception we received but we added 1 star because of the beautiful beach. In love this beach, we decided to rent at the local bungalow 80m nearby.
Read moreBEWARE! Most reviewers are absolutely DELUSIONAL! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT YOU THINK! They sell this place as a nice and lovely spot on the beach where you can relax and enjoy beach life. Not at all! The beach is absolutely destroyed, completely full of garbage, dead animals, and plastics. As well as the sea is absolutely filthy full of trash and full of chemicals, it gave us swimmers itch! The locals, like all Vietnameses, don't care about it and keep polluting the area, also due to the fish farming happening just a couple of meters from the shore, another thing they will not tell you. With all the trash and the chemicals they use in those fish farms, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO ENTER IN THE WATER. If that wasn't enough, our room with balcony had the house of a vietnamese in front, and he started loudly chopping and working at 7am, and the roosters along with him. Not his fault, just the hotel shouldn't have a room like that. Also, there was no internet because outside if fine but the moment you enter the rooms, it loses almost all of it. The restaurant closes at 19.30 and the menu is boring, barely decent, in German in a confusing way, the old menu still around, there is no path to the hotel, you have to carry your luggage through the sand, and also up some very steep and narrow stairs. Shame on the German owners for allowing this and selling this lie. There are many German families going there with the kids and I feel bad for them since it's such a bad place to be. This place has lost the battle the day fish farms entered the bay. Better you stay more in Hoi An or Da Nang, much better...
Read moreReviews are fake! STAY AWAY! These disdainful German hosts got the Vietnamese bug and they too are scamming you now. This place is nothing like the pictures, it's completely overfilled with trash everywhere and in the sea there are many fish farms, just a couple of meters away from the beach and they use chemicals so don't go in. The Germans, very casually, "forgot" to update the pictures and get real ones, hoping to scam as many as possible of you. I'm sure they'll say they try to keep it clean but it's not true. It's really bad condition and I didn't see them cleaning, probably should hire someone with an actual sense of what's a clean beach. Besides, it doesn't matter because the water is full of harmful chemicals. If the situation is that bad, maybe a particularly bad period, and they are obviously aware of it, then I find it extremely unprofessional and scammy to not even send a message before checking-in stating like "look this is unfortunately the situation right now, feel free to keep or cancel the booking". But of course they keep their mouths shut and have some excuses ready, I'm pretty sure they'll tell me now why I'm wrong, lol sure. They even cancelled my booking so I don't post a review there. And this ruined my trip because I found myself in that s. hole of a place far...
