Sunsea House Đá Đĩa - Phú Yên — Hotel in Phú Yên Province

I stayed at Sunsea House - a homestay styled, serviced accomodation - for one night with my family. We were reserved the VIP2 room, and the one next to it, on the upper floor, and had such incredible experience here, despite the heat which is typical of this region at this time of year. The view from this room is breathtaking, as you take in the wide blue sea down below, admiring the calm water stretching all the way to the horizon where the sky meets the ocean. It is such a great place to relax, unwind and perhaps contemplate about life : ). What's more, you get to enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the horizon from this room, at around 5am or so, when down below the early risers already go for their morning swim. At this place, the heat during the day will be no longer an issue, as you will dip yourself in the pool below or jump in the sea just steps away. The beach is excellent for swimming because the sand is smooth and firm, waves are gentle, and water is cool but also warm.

Yet what made the experience so memorable was the service people who hosted us at Sunsea House. The girls who are stationed at reception are exceptionally diligent, attentive and hardworking - to ensure you enjoy your stay without a care. Apart from their house maintenance tasks to ensure the guests' comfort, the gentle young women helped us order dinner, drinks from the shops nearby, and even took care of the laundry entirely free of charge. Amazing people!

Needless to say, I cannot recommend Sunsea House enough - you should stay here if...

We just spent 4 relaxing and memorable nights at this small family run beach front hotel.

Most rooms have direct stunning sea views. The beach is right at your door steps, the sand is white, clean and soft and the water is crystal clear and at the right temperature.

The fresh seafood is delectable. You can order fresh catch in the morning and the owner would ask the local restaurants nearby to cook to your liking for lunch and dinner.

The staff are not sophisticated but extremely attentive, helpful, courteous and friendly. Breakfast and laundry are included in the room charge.

Home mặt tiền biển, cao nhất khu này, thiết kế đẹp và tiện lợi. Phòng mới, sạch, hiện đại. Máy lạnh kèm 2 cái quạt máy, nhưng thiếu cái TV nha. Tui ở phòng 4 người, toilet trong phòng rộng. Tui ưng nhất là vòi nước có ở khắp nơi: trong phòng tắm, ngoài ban công, phù hợp với cái tâm lý ở biển chân hay bị rít thì có nước rửa liền. Giá phòng hơn 1tr8 cho 4 người (ngày thường tháng 7/2025). Giá nghe có vẻ cao so với homestay nhưng dịch vụ rất tốt, nhân viên ai cũng thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Phòng có nón, túi cho mấy chị chụp hình. Tắm xong quần áo ướt home giặt miễn phí. Sáng có vài món ăn sáng đơn giản nhưng ngon (hổng cho ăn thì tui cũng ko biết ăn ở đâu vì gần đó ko ai bán). Nước miễn phí trong phòng là hàng có thương hiệu (Lavie, Aquafina). Trưa cần ăn thì home đặt dùm. Tối có vài quán bán phía trước nên muốn ngồi bờ biển thì ra đó, ko muốn thì home đặt dùm, bày ra ăn ở sân của home. Giá cả phải chăng. Nước home bán cũng ko mắc, dừa 25k, cam 20k. Về vị trí thì quá tuyệt vời. Biển sạch, trong, ko rác, ít vỏ sò, có ít đá bên dưới nhưng ko nguy hiểm lắm, đi ra xa vẫn cạn ngang bụng, gần như ko có sóng, êm như cái hồ nên chèo sup thoải mái (home cho mượn sup) con tui 8 tuổi chèo chở thêm 3 em nhỏ hơn ở cùng home vẫn ko đáng lo, các em thích lắm. Sáng hơn 5h dậy đi bộ khoảng 3 phút ra gành đá dĩa chụp hình lúc chưa có nhiều người. Siêng nữa thì xách xe chạy khoảng 2km ra hải đăng Gành Đèn chụp hình bình minh. Mấy chỗ này đẹp nhưng 8h là nắng chói chang và nóng rồi. Đường vào vừa 1 chiếc ô tô, khá loằng ngoằng nên khi đến nơi phải có người ra dắt vào chỗ đậu rồi xe điện chở vô home. Do phải băng qua khu dân cư lâu đời để ra home ở sát biển nên mình phải đậu ô tô ở công viên thôn 6 cách khoảng 100m (có vài bóng cây thôi, ko mái che gì nha). Buổi sáng có họp chợ chồm hổm nên tui chạy xe ra đi chơi, khi quay về thì chồng tui lái còn tui nhảy xuống đẩy xe máy vô lề để đi qua (may mà chợ nhỏ thôi). Mà nhỏ và chen chúc vậy thì mới đúng là homestay! Ngoài vụ ko thuận tiện xíu này thì tất cả đều tuyệt vời. 10 điểm...
