Flamingo Dai lai — Hotel in Phúc Yên

Great facilities, and beautiful semi rural location outside Hanoi and close to the airport. We unfortunately felt that it wasn't great value for money. This was our last night in Vietnam after an amazing 3 week holiday spent all over Vietnam, staying in some awesome places offering great value for money. We had to check out at 12pm. We were told when we checked in that we could still use the pool and Spa facilities when we checked out as our taxi was only collecting us at 1430pm for the airport. However when we did check out the following day the use of the facilities was suddenly not possible. After a lot of back and forth and negotiating we were eventually allowed to use the pool. We were here in January and most of the restaurants were also closed which was a pity!
