Paradise Dai lai Resort — Hotel in Phúc Yên

Service is lacking, no one was working by the pool when we went after check in. They brought us one towel and forgot the other. Drinks were terribly made , most of the things are broken or poorly maintained. There was a pool table with no pool balls. Instead of the bikes being places outside of room for guests, they were in the front of the resort which is inconvenient. The moonlight villa is just a room adjoint to another so called “villa” (im really how bad their regular rooms are). The place is moldy and run down. Landscaping is poorly done and looks like a cheap Vietnamese amusement park. Breakfast felt like a bunch of leftovers from the kitchen. Barely anything to choose from and even the stuff there was difficult to eat. I will not be recommending this place to anyone or coming back. Either you pay a bit more and try out flamingo or go for a cheaper place because it just felt...

. We booked there because Flamingo Dai lai was fully booked . I totally agreed with Enric C. It's only the lake side , the sunset . Please don't go but if you have no choice , you have to practice how to use google trasnslate . The restaurant is very expensive compare with Flamingo Dai lai . Don't do any laundry . They simply don't know how to do the laundry . They return our laundry on the hanger and the shirts are still wet . But they charged the international price. We booked there for 8 nights but after the first 3 nights , we can't stand anymore and we moved to the Flamingo...

Very Poor service

My clients stay there one 1night. There is no hot water so they requested to change the room. and then they said there is no room at first time but they cannot fix the problem so finally they changed the room. but just mild temperature water a few minutes and the turned cold water again.

The main issues is that the staffs doesnt have a mind to fix the issues. they said it was already fixed while there is still customers complaint.

I recommend someone who wanna peaceful trip, please reconsider...
