Would be a great hotel if they could provide hot water in the shower/bathroom for guests. Instead, it's only warm water they can provide. Which is unsatisfactory. Rooms are nice (beds are firm but not rockhard , so quite comfortable) but not soundproofed, and the nationals or locals don't consider being quiet for other guests....anytime (day or night). Must be a cultural thing as they are inconsiderately noisy throughout the entire country. Their top floor cafe is nice and boasts food on their menu, yet the kitchen is "apparently" always closed, and NO food is ever...

I really liked the hotel as it comes with nice rooms, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, and all the amenities I needed. Another added plus point is the huge guarded parking space in the basement of the building, keeping your car and bike dry and safe. Làm ăn chụp giựt. Chưa bao giờ bực và bức xúc như vậy luôn. Ở lần đầu 6thang trước thấy ổn giờ quay lại như thấy như cc! Khách sạn chỉ được duy nhất 1 chổ là vị trí và hình thức bên ngoài. Còn phòng và dịch vụ phòng thì dở ẹc, khăn tắm ko có, dọn dẹp cũng ko, giao phòng cho khách ko có khăn lau gi hết cũng ko dọn luôn, bàn chảy đánh răng khăn tắm khách cũ chưa dọn dẹp còn bừa bộn. Tôi đến 9.10h đêm ko lẻ đi ra ngoài tìm chổ khác nghĩ, đưa khăn lau bồn cầu kêu khăn tắm, mất dạy. Hỏi thì nv nói là tại khách đông quá, tại anh vào ngay lúc khách đông, tại chủ nhận phòng của a rồi, nếu ko còn phòng thì nói thì nói tôi sẽ ko ghé. Giá 450k 1 đêm còn thua 120k nữa. Tôi ở phòng 111.
