EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE!

I would give it a zero star if there is an option. Everything about this place was awful. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left.

We arrived at the hotel a few days ago with lots of luggage and a little baby. There were lots of stairs to reception so I walked up with my baby while my partner was caring for our luggage.

I walked up to reception and there was a young lady. I asked if she could get someone to help with luggage. She looked at me without any expression and shook her head, and then started talking on her mobile.

A couple of minutes later, my partner figured out there is a lift on the group floor so we managed to get our luggage up without any help.

This lady at reception continued using her phone for another 10 minutes. The whole time since we arrived, there was no smile, no hello or welcome. A cold unenthusiastic face that's all I could remember.

Anyway, she gave us a key to go to the 5th floor. As soon as we walked in, the whole room was filles with smoke and smelled disgusting.

We left the room instantly and went downstairs asking for a new room. No apologies whatsoever, she told us all the rooms there smells like cigarettes.

I told her I am not staying in that room and insisted a switch. She then lied to me that she has no rooms available. Until I told her my partner has asthma and the room woykd make him sick. And then she gave us another key for the 3rd floor with a very unwilling attitude.

That room smell better than the previous one so we didn't want to make a fuss. We also told her we wanted to change our stay from 3 to 1 night only. We really didnt feel welcome there.

But it didnt stop there...the hotel is right opposite a couple of pubs, the loud music didnt stop until 2 or 3am. There were also people talking very loud in the hallway all night. A sleepless night for me...

The next morning we went an check out to get our refund from the deposit i paid. She overcharged me by about 180K, but it was too late for me to say anything as there was a taxi waiting for us, and we needed to go to the bus station.

We only found out after being dropped off at the bus station that it wasnt a taxi that she called for us. It was a private car. Who wanted to charge 100K for a 3 minutes drive. We refused to be ripped off as we only paid 20K the day we arrived. Our visit to Lang Son really sucked, mostly because of the hotel we encountered.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING THERE! Unless you want an unforgettable...

Tôi đã lưu trú tại đây 1 đêm. Mặc dù là người lạng sơn, từng sinh sống và làm việc ở tp Lạng Sơn nhưng cảm thấy rất thất vọng về dịch vụ của khách sạn tại tỉnh mình. Khi đến khách sạn với 1 túi hành lý xách tay khoảng 6kg và 1 vali khoảng hơn 20kg, không có bảo vệ hay nhân viên giúp đỡ xách đồ hoặc chỉ dẫn thang máy. Phải tự bê đồ lên cầu thang rất cao. Khi gặp lễ tân, không có sự chào hỏi hay giới thiệu các option để chọn phòng. Chỉ hỏi giấy tờ - chụp ảnh sau đó thông báo: “Phòng của anh chị 600k, đặt trc 1.000.000”. Mình phải chủ động hỏi khách sạn có thanvs máy không vì mình không muốn phải tự xách gần 30kg hành lý leo thang bộ. (Có thang máy đến tầng G nhưng bảo vệ ngồi ở tít sâu bên trong nên không ai hướng dẫn mình đi lối đó cùng hành lý) Phòng khá ổn cho tới giờ đi ngủ: cực kỳ ồn và dường như không hề có cách âm. Pubs, quán ăn vô cùng ồn ào, mình ngủ vào lúc 1h sáng và dậy vào lúc 6h vì tiếng còi xe quá ồn. Phòng tắm khi nhận phòng còn ướt sũng và không có dầu xả. Quyết định check out và gọi xe đi sớm thay vì ở lại để ăn món bánh cuốn lạng sơn yêu thích. Giá phòng đắt so với dịch vụ và chất lượng phòng Anw, hi vọng khách sạn sẽ cải thiện hơn để khách lưu trú có thể cảm thấy thoải mái và không hối tiếc khi lưu...

Room was very nice for the price and comfortable, we also had a mechanical problem with one of our bikes that we own and the staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful in finding a mechanic to fix this problem which was resolved very quickly. Highly recommended, thankyou again...
