Brand new hotel close to the beach in the Ninh Chu Beach area of Phan Rang (that's the good area of Phan Rang ;-)||||Nicely equipped (a/c, fridge, kettle, etc) large and very comfortable rooms for a VERY decent price.||||The ads on the booking sites are slightly misleading, promising rooms with balconies. Some rooms have balconies but not all. But since all the rooms have private entrances from some outside elevated walkway with a railing, I didn't miss my smoking balcony a bit.||||The hotel is set back about 50 meters from the main road, so not that easy to find, but manageable. ||||The bed is a DREAM. In combination with the complete absence of traffic noise in the back rooms (see view from room), I've had the best sleeps in months ;-)||||Definitely my top choice for hotels...

The hotel is situated back from the road and approx 500 m from beach. The rooms are clean. The beds are a bit firm. The bathroom is fine with plenty of hot water. We booked a room with a balcony but it's misleading as there are no balconies, just walkways to the rooms. There is not much of a garden outside and no shady spots. You get toiletries and drinking water daily. There is also a kettle and a hairdryer. Its cheap but very basic. The area is not particularly interesting here. Not much to see it do.
