I spent 8 days for a business and leisure combined trip. Got a warm welcome from the first day and the owner-Hai caca remained to be super kind till the very end. He appeared to be a big brother who cares a lot about my mental and emotional experience while staying there to make sure that I had the most comfortable time. Feel like staying at home with my love ones: the lovely sisters who served me coffee every day, the kind lady who cleaned my room, the gentleman who stayed up late waiting to unlock the door for me, and the kids along with other cool guests who chose to spend their time at Ecohouse. Hải from Ecovilla literally saved my holiday. Let me tell you what happened:

I got stuck at night at Phan Thiet train station with no one but taxi drivers trying to scam me. My original hotel ignored my messages

I messaged Ecovilla out of the blue and Hải really came to pick us up and then the price for room and motorbike rent was very very fair.

It's hard to overstate how much I appreciate his help. He helped me with no money upfront, no huge profit in it for him.
