So disappointed with our stay here. Greeted by a depressing chipped and marked coffee table followed by debris in every corner of the room, plaster dust, dirt and even food. Every out of the way surface was covered in a thick layer of dust. The walls were dirty, scratched and flaking in many areas. The bathroom tiles had large cracks and it looked like they still had a film of grout smeared over them. The top if the mirror had a heap of plaster or grout sitting on the top of it and the glass was not clean at all. Tje freezer had old food stuck in it. THE CURTAINS AND DOOR!!! The curtains and glass door (which had messy adhesive plastic all o er it) let in so much light we couldn't get to sleep. We asked twice if the light outside our room could be turned off and were told at 11pm, which was actually 11:15. We were awake at dawn also. One out of two sockets worked, so had to chose between the TV or fan. Air con and Wifi struggled. A kettle but no tea or coffee. Was charged for one bottle of water when checking out, apparently it's not free. The male staff member was so insistent that we pay for it, he went to a near by taxi driver to get change. The female receptionist was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Would never...

Rain throughout the day. This hotel has a spacious garden with nice car parking. Newly renovated rooms are spacious, clean and bright.||- The service is not very professional. The agreement of motobike rental service with the customer is confirmed 2 times on internet thru website but when we arrived...they were forget, after 20 minutes dealing from Receptionist with Owner (or Sale Department, I didn't know), they offered 2 motobikes for us, but 1 motobike ran out of gas. It was ridiculous that we had to "walk" to the gas station. And yet, the receptionist gave us 4 wet helmets (I thought it was like an aquarium), LOL. I asked him if there was another helmet to replace? He answered NO, then returned to his beloved hammock to play the game on the phone.||- Suitable for 1 night sleep. Also do not expect...
