Tôi đã có một trải nghiệm rất tệ ở khách sạn Oceanward Hotel & Resort này.
Gia đình chúng tôi đến sớm vào ngày T7 26/8/2023. Con chúng tôi muốn sử dụng hồ bơi, chúng tôi tìm nơi thay áo bơi cho bé, nhưng phòng vệ sinh thay đồ ngoài bể bơi rất tồi tệ, nó không được vệ sinh và bốc mùi ra tận ngoài biển. Tôi cứ nghe thoang thoảng mùi đến cả khi tôi ở ngoài bãi biển. Nhà vệ sinh chỉ được nhân viên dọn dẹp khi khách bắt đầu đông, nhưng đối với tôi là đã có một trải nghiệm kinh khủng và cảm giác rất ghê.
Bể bơi thì dơ, đáy hồ không được dọn vệ sinh, đầy cặn bẩn, các vòi sen thì rỉ sét và không được thay mới, nó đã hư hỏng.
Khi nhận phòng, khách sạn dùng cái mền lông dày, nhưng nó đã không được giặt sạch, tôi nghe bốc mùi hôi.
Tủ lạnh trong phòng không lạnh, wifi không sử dụng được, sàn dơ, con tôi đi một chút, bàn chân đen thui.
Tôi ở phòng 323, đêm tối máy lạnh phòng tôi không làm mát được, báo nhân viên và chúng tôi được đổi sang phòng khác 328 để ngủ.
Bữa sáng thì đồ ăn không phong phú, không đáng tiền với giá 2.3tr/phòng dành cho phòng 2 giường.
Khi trả phòng chúng tôi kiểm tra và lạc mất 1 cái khăn tắm, báo khách sạn chúng tôi bị đền 150k, chồng tôi chấp nhận nhưng tôi thấy rất không đáng, khăn rất cũ mà đền chúng tôi giá đồ mới, mặc dù biết là lỗi của chúng tôi, nhưng mà tôi rất không đồng ý vì đã cung cấp cho chúng tôi dịch vụ không tốt, còn tính giá mắc nữa, cảm giác đúng là "trâu què đền trâu lành"
Tôi sẽ không bao giờ đến khách sạn này một lần nào nữa.
Tôi cũng đề nghị mọi người nên cẩn trọng khi đặt phòng tại đây. Các đánh giá tốt trên Google Maps này chỉ là các đánh giá ảo, các khách hàng đã thực sự trải nghiệm, ai cũng đánh giá ở đây không tốt và sẽ không quay lại. Thanks.

My family arrived early on Saturday 26/8/2023. Our child wanted to use the pool, so we looked for a place to change swimsuits for him, but the restroom outside the pool was very dirty, it was not clean and smelled out to the sea. I kept smelling it even when I was on the beach. The restroom was only cleaned by the staff when the guests started to crowd. But for me, it was a horrible experience and a very disgusting feeling.
The pool was dirty, the bottom was not cleaned, full of dirt, and the showers were rusty and not replaced, they were broken.
When checking in, the hotel used a thick wool blanket, but it was not washed clean, I smelled it stinky.
The fridge in the room was not cold, wifi was not working, the floor was dirty, my child walked a little, and her feets were dirty.
I stayed in room 323, and at night the air conditioner in my room did not cool, we reported to the staff and we were moved to another room 328 to sleep.
Breakfast was not good, not worth the money with the price of 2.3 million / room for a room with 2 beds.
When checking out, we checked and lost 1 towel, the hotel reported that we had to pay 150k, my husband accepted but I felt it was not worth it, the towel was very old but they charged us the price of new stuff, even though we knew it was our fault, but I really disagreed because they provided us with poor service, and also charged a high price, it felt like "paying for bad things equal with good things"
We will never come to this hotel again.
I also recommend that everyone be careful when booking here. The good reviews on Google Maps are just fake reviews, the customers who have actually experienced, were rated here poorly and will not come back any time. Thanks."

After making a reservation through Agoda and confirming the reservation, I visited the hotel, but the hotel requested the normal price, saying that there was no confirmation from Agoda. When I complained about this, I asked why Agoda was at fault and why I was angry with myself. I asked the hotel reception to confirm with Agoda, but Agoda refused, saying that work could only be done by email. Afterwards, they said that they would refund the difference when the reservation was confirmed, but they were already upset. The hotel did not contact Agoda. So I contacted the Agoda customer service directly, got the customer service phone number, called the customer service directly and resent the email to the hotel. Check-in takes approximately 1 hour. Read moreI connected to the hotel's Zalo chat account to inquiry about the room rate. Admin wasn't helpful at all. He/she took so much time and did not even ask for my name while I already booked reservations. ||||Until the point I got really upset, I told them I will complaint on TripAdvisor, the staff then texted me with a smiley face, with the text "You need to think again whether you can do it". The staff revoked the guest and challenged me to rate them on social media. What a ridiculous and worse services ever I have experienced. ||||When I got to the hotel, there were no apologies, they did not even mentioned the issue upon check-ing in, they pretended like there was no issue at all. ||||I gave you a chance to rectify your problem but you disappointed me...
