The Bad: We could not get our passports to check in for our flight unless we checked out and paid beforehand.

They closed the pool between 10-12 in the MORNING to clean it, when everyone wants to go use the pool.

There are only 2 deck chairs at the pool, better wake up early and claim them.

"Bar" is a fridge with beers and soft drinks, that's it.

Room is an oven in the afternoon 12-15, as they have no insulation and the AC is not powerful enough for the size of the room.

Coffee is not included in breakfast, yes we had to pay for our breakfast coffee, even if breakfast is "included"

Food is average but prices are above average.

The Neutral: Minimal English spoken (Google translate to the rescue) - this isn't that much of an issue, but if you want to be an international facility have at least one person that can kind of communicate with your guests.

The green fields could be muddy fields. I understand you cannot stop the farmers ploughing their fields, but you need to be aware of this.

Located in an alley, the resort offers a cosy and rustic accommodation with a nice view to the field. However it is a very new property in area, so operation issues are minus points. No telephone in room == disadvantage when we would like to call room-to-room or reception. Blankets had no cover == hygienic issue Breakfast: we stayed on weekdays, so the resort was pretty empty. We came to restaurant and didn't know what to do as no one would come to ask (or inform) us anything. After a while, breakfast was served, but it seemed that breakfast was bought from a local vendor outside. Room rate is acceptable.
