They closed the pool between 10-12 in the MORNING to clean it, when everyone wants to go use the pool.

"Bar" is a fridge with beers and soft drinks, that's it.
Room is an oven in the afternoon 12-15, as they have no insulation and the AC is not powerful enough for the size of the room.
Coffee is not included in breakfast, yes we had to pay for our breakfast coffee, even if breakfast is "included"
Food is average but prices are above average.
The Neutral: Minimal English spoken (Google translate to the rescue) - this isn't that much of an issue, but if you want to be an international facility have at least one person that can kind of communicate with your guests.
The green fields could be muddy fields. I understand you cannot stop the farmers ploughing their fields, but you need to be aware of this.
