Kim Quang — Hotel in Phuoc Tinh Commune

I booked this hotel on Agoda with name Kim Quang Villa with price around US200$ per night 28 to 29 April 2018, but when we came, it’s a house with no service in a under construction area. The reality is very different from the pictures the have posted. We complained with Agoda but finally we still had to pay 48$ for late cancellation and had to wait 3 hours to tackle this problem.
