This is for other western tourists mainly. Don't come here if you have a definite need for quiet and relax. This place is wonderfully quiet until it's not.

As said in a bunch of other reviews, since this the only nice hotel in this area, local companies and groups like to do corporate noisy pool parties here and noisy team building events, and I asked: they have them almost every weekend.

I came here the last weekend of my Tet Holiday with my family of 4. We needed rest. I risked it, because it being right after tết I told myself that all the year-end parties have happened by now - we should be fine. I was wrong.

Our first day was perfect. Quiet, nice pool, nice garden, vip carpark just next to room... nice.

But then on Saturday at 5pm a corporate pool party started right outside our window! Karaoke until 10pm.

The next morning? 7.30am - the people setting up for the team building thought it would be a good idea to have some music play while setting up. Full blow gym music! On a Sunday morning 7.30am!!! I had to TELL the receptionist to stop it immediately. Which only worked after I personally spoke to the guys setting up, who made me feel like I was a really terrible person lol.

Anyways, as much as this place is nice and sweet price point, and good to visit My Son from here.... Avoid if you're noise sensitive.

Infact, this hotel is for vietnamese guests. They won't mind. They love it. But for foreigners, this is hard to accept.

PS Breakfast: Very vietnamese but you'll be ok. Restaurant: Avoid the pizza, the burger is good. Laundry: Avoid - ridiculously overpriced. Spa: we didn't use it. Pool: plain but clean. Jacuzzi "under maintenance". Good for kids. Service: Gentle and trying their best. But be patient. English: I thought they improved from past reviews. Booking: I came without booking, price was same...

A really good resort to stay at to get out of the city environment and enjoy some peace and quiet in the countryside. It looks and feels really nice – the friendly staff make you feel very welcome immediately and it makes it easy to relax here – upon arrival I was greeted with a lovely cool drink and a most appreciated cold towel. The rooms overlook a large swimming pool and gardens – the pool is a perfect place to chill out with a beer or cocktail. I took advantage of the pool a lot to cool down from the heat and it provided a nice atmosphere. The rooms also have a balcony which is big enough for a couple to enjoy drinks on or take advantage of the excellent room service to enjoy a meal without having to go to the restaurant. The fruit and vegetables used by the resort are all sourced locally and most importantly are organically grown – this is a big plus compared to the majority of resorts / hotels and it made the food that much better. I took advantage of the free bicycles to get around the nearby countryside, a nice benefit. The location is conveniently only 3K from the UNESCO designated My Son Heritage site which is another great reason to use the hotel for an overnight stay, in fact I stayed 2 nights to make my trip more leisurely so I could take my time visiting the site yet have plenty of time to enjoy the resort, of course it is hot so why bother to rush around?! I highly recommend a stay here because of the staff, the convenience to the UNESCO site, and the tranquil environment providing a welcome slow pace compared to the hustle and bustle of Danang – I certainly got to recharge my...

I would say, this is probably the best place to stay overnight in My Son Sanctuary in 2019-2020. Just open earlier this year and it’s all new and clean. |One can rent a bike to go to My Son Sanctuary anytime, and the neighbourhood is very closed to a small lake and forest. ||We stayed at their villa with two bedrooms, it is very nice and comfortable especially for families coming here for holidays. ||This resort hotel also has a independent building as their SPA center. It would be convenient for hosting a medium size conference and have their families to book a massage or facial in the SPA. ||Besides the I rooms, their bar is nice too. ||————————————————————||I would say, this is probably the best place to stay overnight in My Son Sanctuary in 2019-2020. This hotel is quite far away from the city. We came here from Hoi An with a taxi. If you are looking for tranquility, this place is for you! We discovered later that most tourists stayed in the city and they only did day trips here. But we didn’t regret our stay in this area. This hotel had a pool table and a nice swimming pool. There was also a gym and lots of space to walk around. We didn’t see other tourists during our visit so we could use the facilities whenever we want without any extra costs. The hotel also offered bicycles for free. We could cycle to the Heritage site, which was around 15 mins cycling distance away. The ride from the hotel to the heritage was very pleasant. The air was fresh. There were village houses and fields along the way. We had some interesting interactions with local people when we got lost. They were super friendly and willing to help us out. The hotel staff was very friendly. They weren’t comfortable speaking in English but they managed to help us out with our requests. We didn’t have much food options nearby so we ate whatever the hotel offered us.

We flew into Danang and had the afternoon here and night. It worked really well and this hotel is amazing. It was heaving when we arrived at lunchtime but then deserted when we got back after lunch down the road. I think there had been a wedding /coach lunches. We were the only ones in the pool and they lent us bikes to cycle to my son. when we got back there were a lot of families and children using the pool, I think this may be a way for them to make a bit of extra money as by night time we were the only guests! So the pool was busy in the afternoon but I really didn’t mind it because of the rest of our stay being so amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly - just enough English to help you but you’re definitely not in a European hotel! We had dinner at the hotel which is something we never do and boy was it the right decision. Had the set menu and the food was delicious - really interesting, varied, freshly cooked and tasty. We splashed out on the most expensive menu and the meal was £7.10 a head.

This is a great place to stay if you feel tired after visiting My Son and don’t feel like going back the same day. We were lucky to be the only customers so it was very quiet. The room was clean enough. Bedsheets and towels immaculate, no stains. The pool looked great but we didn’t try it because it was too cold to swim. The service was attentive. The staff didn’t speak good English but they tried to make our stay memorable. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. Now about the best thing. We had awesome Singapore Sling cocktails at the bar. The bartender made the best ones I’ve ever tried so far. It was so worth it! We went out for dinner which was obviously a mistake because the local restaurants nearby are pretty bad and the service is worse than the food. The hotel has its own restaurant with a fairly priced menu that includes both European and local dishes. We should have stayed and tried their Vietnamese sets.
