Hoang Yen Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Quảng Nam Province

This was my 30th Hotel in the last 2 years and I found this to be a beautiful hotel. The room was immaculately clean, smelt fresh and is modern. Located directly on the beach. Beautiful view of the beach. Clean air conditioning. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We dealt with the reception staff, cleaners, kitchen staff , security and even got to meet the manager and all were so lovely. Im very happy to know they are all local people to the area. The breakfast was great. Everything you could need to start your day. More than happy with the offerings . A nice big breakfast area too. Many tables for everyone. The hotel is a small walking distance to the restaurants. The best fresh seafood we have had and very affordable prices. I found that this Hotel is very peaceful. The beach and sea were very clean and not busy at all. Lovely shaded seating on the beach which we stayed on most of one afternoon and had the beach to ourselves. The local people come to swim early morning and evening and it was such a pleasure to meet a few of them. We booked 10 rooms for our wedding, but unfortunately, the service fell far below our expectations. Housekeeping was poor — rooms were not cleaned properly, and amenities were not replenished daily. The phone in the room did not work, making it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. Security staff were unfamiliar with the layout of the property and misdirected our guests to the wrong building during heavy rain, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the reception team. Their handling of the billing process was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We came to Núi Thành first time for our family wedding and stayed a few night here. The breakfast buffet was top notch, every dish was perfectly prepared and there were a lot of options to pick. All the staff were super friendly and caring. The owner even came around to greet guests and made sure their stay was perfect. We also had the wedding banquet as well as some alacarte dinners here, the seafood were super fresh and preparation of every dish was careful and delicious. The beach was super clean and quiet suitable for relaxation, our family all enjoyed spending our time on the beach to watch the sunrise. Our rooms were nice, big and clean.
