Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hội An — Hotel in Quảng Nam Province

My family and I keep returning to Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An. We stay at a lot of nice places around Hoi An, Da Nang, and Hue, but with the nice facilities, family-friendly experiences, excellent staff, and Vinwonders, my daughter keeps asking to return here. We have not had a bad experience, even visiting during peak times. The staff is consistently efficient, accommodating, and personable. They listened when I had concerns, and actually offered realistic solutions. A big reason for us staying here is because they run a great deal where you are allowed unlimited entries into Vinwonders for a day. With the proximity to the park, returning to the resort for dining or rest is quick and pleasant. Our child still takes naps; getting this Vinpearl/Vinwonders deal is a no brainer. It is great to be at Vinwonders in the evening and be able to retreat back to Vinpearl. Mr. Cong Thuan was our savior the last several visits. He made sure that we were given a room that was quiet for us to get good sleep/naps and assisted me with setting up a remote work area. We are very grateful for this help. I also would like to thank Ms. Oanh Vu for making time to check on us in regards to our stay, stopping by with nice gifts for our daughter, and making our check in/checkout procedure easy. Other perks while staying here are the really nice beach, pool is awesome, nice playgrounds, great place to walk around, tasty breakfast buffet, and the kids club is definitely one of the best we have been to in Vietnam. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vinpearl Hotel in Han Aoi, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, despite initial language barriers, Ms. Trang went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. Her warm assistance and thoughtful recommendations, like the coconut boat ride and exploring Hoi An market, truly enhanced our visit.

One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary experience, thanks to Chef Mr. Singh and the attentive restaurant staff, particularly Ms. Thao. They graciously accommodated our vegetarian dietary preferences with special meals, making dining a delight.

The exemplary service extended beyond the dining experience. Throughout our trip, Mr. Luan, Ms. Tu Anch, Ms. Yen, and Ms. Hon were instrumental in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests truly set Vinpearl apart.

Ms. Hong. Room 7,616 on March 23rd&24th, 2023 Coming back to Vinpearl Hoi An for the second time, we were welcomed by Ms. Dung and the other receptionists like returning home. Opening the door of a beautiful swimming pool-view room, with a fruit platter and a formal welcome card. Feeling really happy! Let's experience the free sauna service area. All of staff were kind and welcoming. When we could not take photos as good as we expected, Ms. Thanh Huong - bar staff immediately ran to help us. The gym is full of modern exercise equipment (you should remember to bring headphones to both jogging and watching entertainment programs on the machine). The swimming pool is too large and beautiful (with the area for children) and the 1.2m-depth area where everyone can swim. I can only say it's great. Plus points: In the morning the sun shines on the pool and 2 buildings, it's the best time to take the best photos. Small suggestion: If the toilet area is near the swimming pool, it's great to have a hot shower for bathing. The restaurant decorates beautifully, spacious, with rich food. There are separate seats for children 1-2 years old. Because I'm a vegetarian, I didn't try much, so I couldn't fully appreciate the quality of breakfast and dinner. Overall review: Deserving 5 stars for the facilities, services and attitude of the staff, it has brought us a wonderful and meaningful vacation. Airport pick up and drop off service was good. As for the Vin Wonders, I haven't been to it yet, so I will review it next time. I will bring my family and friends back to Vinpearl Hoi An and/or the Vinpearl system this April.
