King Villa Quảng Ngãi — Hotel in Quảng Ngãi City

We booked this place on booking.com. It was straight forward like anywhere else. We got an email of the total amount prior to the arrival. We checked in and they just asked for ID, no itemized what we are getting for the room or anything like a receipt. We checked out one day early. The guy said, we need to give more money. We take cash only. I said you guys took my money to confirm because it’s non refundable. I said, on booking.com I needed a credit card to book a room. He insisted that it wasn’t charged.

Why didn’t you say anything about cash only on the website nor at check in time? I booked 8 hotels in this trip. He wanted me to go through my bank transactions right there while my car is waiting for me outside.

I ended up paying cash because the front desk’s manager didn’t listen to the customer nor want to understand. My time is more than wasted on talking to these people.

It’s a ripped off place. I wouldn’t stay there for free. Booking should take them off the website or make them say it’s...

We booked this hotel mainly for the looks. Made some great pictures that did very well back home. But don't be deceived by the looks.
