New Palace Hotel — Hotel in Quảng Ngãi City

TLDR: Clean, Mostly nice staff

Very nice decor, clean bedding, clean shower and room. We had two rooms here. The first one was room 203. It was fine the first night, but on the second night the shower would not give us hot water. We called the receptionist and they sent the handyman right away. He fiddled with some things and said that he was going to check on something and be back. We waited over an hour and realized he was not coming back so we called again. He then said that our room was the only one that wasn’t giving hot water and that we would have to switch rooms. We were angry that he did not come back to update us and just assumed he had fixed the problem. The next room was Room 101 and was smaller, but still okay. We were so tired and dirty from being out all day that we just wanted to shower. We complained the next day and the receptionist gave us a slight discount. We tried to eat breakfast the next day. There was a large selection, but everything we chose was dry and bland. Overall, I would stay here again. Tôi đã có dịp lưu trú tại khách sạn New Palace trong chuyến công tác gần đây và rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại đây. Khách sạn nằm ngay trên trục đường chính, vô cùng thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển đến các điểm họp cũng như các khu vực trung tâm. Giao thông xung quanh dễ dàng, không gặp vấn đề về kẹt xe.

Phòng ốc ở New Palace sạch sẽ, rộng rãi và được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi cần thiết cho một chuyến công tác. Giường ngủ thoải mái, tạo điều kiện nghỉ ngơi tốt sau một ngày làm việc bận rộn. Điểm cộng lớn nữa là khách sạn có bữa sáng phong phú, với các lựa chọn từ món ăn địa phương đến quốc tế, phù hợp cho nhiều khẩu vị.

Mức giá tại đây rất hợp lý so với chất lượng dịch vụ và tiện nghi. Đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Tôi cảm thấy rất hài lòng với sự chuyên nghiệp và không gian yên tĩnh mà khách sạn mang lại. Nếu có dịp công tác lần sau, tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay...

Ich habe Ende Februar 2025 zwei Tage im „NEW PALACE HOTEL“ gewohnt, ein sehr schönes, neues Hotel, das sehr professionell geführt wird. Hier stimmt alles! Mein Zimmer 310 war groß, hell und sauber mit genügend Abstellflächen, es gibt einen Schreibtisch, einen Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, sowie zwei große Betten, also ein Familienzimmer. Ich habe im großen Bett sehr gut geschlafen, das neue Hotel liegt sehr zentral, trotzdem war es sehr ruhig, Zimmer 310 hat die Fenster nach hinten raus. Alle Mitarbeiter, besonders an der Rezeption, arbeiten sehr professionell, sie sprechen sehr gut Englisch und alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
