A Budget Stay That Exceeded Expectations
I was a bit worried about booking this place after reading some negative reviews about the owner. However, I was pleasantly surprised. My private room had its own bathroom, a nice cold A/C, and a very comfortable bed. That's all that really matters to me.
The host and reception staff were actually very kind, which was the opposite of what I had read online. In addition to the great service and comfortable room, the host helped me out in a huge way. I was having trouble booking a taxi to the nearby train station using a ride-sharing app. Every time I tried, the driver would either cancel or be too far away, and my train was leaving soon. When the host saw me struggling, he came over and told me to cancel the ride and offered to take me himself. He drove me to the station, and when I asked how much I owed him, he smiled and said it was free.
Another great thing about this stay was the quiet atmosphere. The guesthouse has a rule about being quiet after 10 p.m., which I really appreciated. It made for a peaceful stay, which is something I've struggled with at other hotels due to noisy guests.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable, comfortable, and quiet stay with an...

In short you were angry because I wake you up to ask for the wifi password. But isn't that you job? Working the graveyard shift to assist customers? If not I apologize you should have pointed me to the person who is responsible for that instead of losing your temper. I rented the hotel room I come back whatever time I want. That's how hotel works. I have stayed with many hotels in Vietnam and America.
Do you realize how scary it was standing there at 2 am in the middle of no where with no lights no people or cars, While someone is yelling at you? I have never been so scared in Vietnam or anywhere. I didn't expected something like this to happen at a hotel.
Instead of trying to teach me a lesson you should have just told me the next day that my present is not welcome there anymore. Or even make up an excuse that there's no more room. There are so many ways you could have handled it better.
Anyways this is not the platform to resolve our rebute. I'll just call this a one off and let it go. Vietnam is an overall very safe place. This is the first time something like this happened and...
