Scammer alert ❌ Disappointed and Frustrated – Would Not Recommend for your own good!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this accommodation left me no choice. From the moment I arrived, things started going downhill. The check-in process was disorganized, and the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Especially, the receptionist was dishonest and tried to sell your information!!! She also tried to scam us as we got lost our phone with unbelievable price!

The room itself was nothing like the photos – outdated, poorly cleaned, and had a lingering musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable, with worn-out sheets, and there were visible stains on the furniture. Even that costs equally to some better places my family had visited

Noise was another major issue. Walls were paper-thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and hallway at all hours of the night. I barely got any sleep during my stay.

Disappointing Stay – Only the Ocean View Delivered

The only positive thing I can say about this homestay is the ocean view—it truly is beautiful and serene. Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment we walked in. Ants were crawling all over the floor and furniture, which made it hard to relax.

The bed was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Paint was chipping off the walls, and the whole place felt neglected and in desperate need of a major renovation. It’s clear that maintenance has not been a priority here.

What was most disappointing is that the photos online did not reflect the real condition of the place at all. It felt misleading and added to our frustration.

This could be a great spot with its oceanfront location, but until serious improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend...

Booked the place one and a half month in advance, and had everything booked and payed for with Train Tickets to and from Quy Nhon.|The day before we should arrive, the place tells us they Cancelled the booking, and it turned put they had already given the room to someone else.|I booked and committed to it using booking.com, and the place never asked for any addition confirmation. They only send info about how to arrange a taxi to get to them.
